  • Situado en el impresionante valle Blaeberry, a 15 minutos en coche de oro, nuestra Cordwood Chalet es la escapada perfecta de paz y tranquilidad en el corazón de la naturaleza. De nueva construcción y confortable, su ubicación ofrece una amplia gama de actividades al aire libre. Mi pareja y yo hemos tenido 6 años para construir este pequeño paraíso. Tenemos diseño y construimos el lugar por completo de nosotros mismos. Hemos tratado de utilizar productos ecológicos tanto como pudimos y estamos orgullosos de ofrecer a nuestros huéspedes un ambiente circundante impresionante.
    En el corazón de las Montañas Rocosas, haz de leña Chalet está en un lote de 8 acres. El barrio que rodea consisten en su mayoría áreas cultivadas montañas y bosques. Nuestra cristalino río blaeberry está a pocos minutos a pie desde el chalet donde increíbles vistas de los alrededores se pueden observar. Senderismo, bicicleta, raquetas de nieve, esquí de fondo, esquí alpino, motos de nieve son algunas de varias excursiones que se pueden hacer en la zona. Nuestra casa está a unos 300 metros de distancia del haz de leña Chalet. Tiene su propio camino y es completamente autosuficiente. This was an incredible stay! Very private and quiet place. The whole unit was very clean and well maintained. The kitchen is well stocked and BBQ kept clean.Thompson Trail head is nearby and a great winter hike to do.

Amazing place!

One of the most beautiful vacation rentals we have been to. The cabin is perfect and the location really great too. A perfect place to get some rest and disconnect from city life.

Slowly becoming a home away from home

Our “go-to” for a mountain getaway

We have stayed at Cordwood several times and as we get more familiar with the area, our experience gets more amazing. The home is perfect with uninterrupted privacy

My fiance and I enjoyed our stay here. The owners were very approachable as well. The place is very beautiful, and you can see the love the owners have put on building it. Will definitely come back in the future.

Great secluded chalet

We loved our weeklong stay at your chalet. The time and detail you put in to was amazing. It was great to have such a nice cozy place to come back to after long days of touring the area. Thank you, Jack and Pat.

The home is situated 20 minutes outside of Golden in a quiet, serene area. The home itself still feels brand new and was a perfect quiet base camp for our trip in Yoho. Host was communicative and helpful, 5 star stay!

Back for a second time

Thoroughly enjoyed the second trip to this amazing cabin in the mountains. Loved walking/biking every day in the area and sitting on the deck listening to all the birds. The cabin has been perfectly maintained and the host is always quick to respond. Great place to stay for a quiet, scenic, rural vacation.

Great getaway

Came back in the summer and the place is great. Thanks to the unique design the temperature inside stays comfortable even during the hottest days. And the big patio is great in the summer!

Amazing vacation

My husband and I spent our Babymoon here, and had an absolutely fantastic stay. The views were amazing, we birdwatched all day long. A quick trip into Golden for groceries and restaurants. It was easy to find even coming in later in the evening. Communication was amazing. Overall would stay again :)

Love the view

This chalet is nestled in the trees with stunning mountain views all around. We did take a walk on one of the trails and it was perfect. I will definitely be back.

It was a magical stay, light snow all weekend, great temps, and the house/cabin and property were amazing. Priscilla was a great host, the house was beautifully finished, and both bathrooms were perfect, great little kitchen and spacious living room with a wood-burning stove.Good-sized loft with a solid stairwell to it, no ladders like in other cabins we have stayed at. 5/5 10/10 all day long, will not disappoint!We will be back in the summer :) Chris N & Terry Calgary ABDec 2025

This chalet is THE place to go if you want tranquility. Priscilla is an excellent host and she has all the information you need for a great stay. The chalet is beautiful and fully equipped. The area is just wonderful with mountains, trees, creeks, river and the occasional wildlife. We didn't want to leave.

Blaeberry Bliss

Priscilla and Johnathan built a beautiful chalet. We were looking for a place to escape our busy work life and found that here. It was clean, perfect size for two people, close enough to town and full of spots to hike/explore. The hosts have great advise on where to go for hikes, and where not to go, listen to them :)

Amazing gem

This property is fantastic! It sits in the middle of raw mountain beauty! Waterfalls all around the location, deer come right into the yard, complete privacy! The cabin has everything you could need or want! Would stay here over and over!!

Beautiful retreat in nature

Really enjoyed our time here! The chalet itself is a piece of architectural art and I found myself in awe of its many unique features - really cool. The location is perfect for an immersive nature retreat. And Priscilla was the best host and was easy to get a hold of if needed. Would highly recommend and will be back again. Thanks!

Amazing cabin in the woods!

Great place to stay for an adult couple! Super cute cabin in the woods about 10 min outside of Golden. Very quiet and private location. Spacious living room with a wood stove which comes in handy in the winter. We'll equipped kitchen and a backyard BBQ. Priscilla was very responsive to any communication and check in was a breeze with all instructions you need inside the cabin. If we ever come back to Golden we would definitely stay here again!

Best Experience in my life

You would not feel like you are traveling, you will feel like it is an extension of your home. I went in winter, the peaceful neighborhood that can be quiet without a sound at night, but the beautiful creeks during the day with the singing of birds remind you that you are surrounded by life. It was just perfect

Wonderful stay!

I have stayed in many VRBO's and this one is one I will never forget. The place is absolutely charming and I could not more highly recommend staying there. This is the first property at which I have stayed that I actually sent photos of the property to my family and friends... and we have stayed at some excellent properties. It is unique and stunning. You will not be disappointed.
