"We enjoyed the quiet location and pleasant garden outlook. Thankfully a washing machine and somewhere to dry clothes after several days on the road.It also an easy stroll to the main Richmond shops with some great cafes, restaurants and other shops. "It was unfortunate that we had heavy rain and the roof leaked. The whole place was damp and the carpet spelt of wet dog. We arrived to a mouse in the kitchen, and the ants moved in overnight. The managers were thoughtful and responsive, however, the place was really not fit for living. Sorry, wasn’t cheap either. All very disappointing."
