"The cabin was great. Perfect for a romantic getaway. The cabin had everything we needed. We enjoyed the fireplace and the peace and quiet. The kitchen was well equipped and the bathroom was luxurious. The hot tub was on and ready to go when we arrived and seemed well taken care of. We will definitely be booking another stay. "

"THIS IS INFORMATIONAL: A burner on the stove did not light. The quilt on the bed was lumpy. Some pillows need cleaning. The sink in the bathroom drained slowly.AND THIS IS IMPORTANT: When my wife was unloading the dishwasher, she raised her head and smacked hard against the overhanging cabinet. That cabinet should not be there. Someone could get badly hurt."

Even though it was raining we spent hours outside under the covered space with the heater and were able to comfortably enjoy the fire pit.Everything was clean, organized and comfortable. "A+ 10 out of ten!! (But don't tell anybody.) The setting and scenery at The Whistling River Cabin are unbelievable. And the large deck is built to take full advantage of it. The hosts didn't miss a detail. Even the kitchen was very well equipped and was surprisingly well-stocked with items we did not expect to find. The gas grill was brand new. "Cascade Jewel was the perfect spot to celebrate birthdays, hike, fish and rock climb. The location was close to everything we wanted to do and the river and view of the mountains was fantastic. The house was very clean and the kitchen was perfectly stocked with quality cookware and utensils. We had everything we needed at our fingertips. The check-in communication was great and check-out was seamless. We highly recommend this house and we will definitely be back to stay again. "

"Cozy and peaceful stay! My husband is a builder and he loved the craftsmanship. I loved sitting by the fireplace and watching the nature outside. There were so many cool moths and insects.
