Service was not amazing. Had to ask multiple times to get towels, cutlery, food we ordered, etc. Staff didn’t clean the room over the 6 nights we were there.

We were given basic room, we paid extra to get better room. Moved to Room no.209 (EXECUTIVE ROOM), room better. But at night after 12 midnight there was lots of furniture movement noise , coming from upstairs Restaurant. When complained, after a while they stopped. Again the noise started at 5AM ...
