"とにかく素晴らしいです！南朝時代の皇居として使用された堀家の母家に隣接する離れに泊まれるのですから。内部は綺麗にリノベーションされてますし、とても快適です。離れの横、母家の横には川が流れてますので、そのせせらぎや、カジカガエルの声が聞こえてきて、とても情緒があります。泊まった日は、はからずも満月でしたので、広々としたお風呂に入り、その窓から月と川を眺めておりました。心の底から癒されるひと時でした。お風呂は家族で入れる大きさなので、ゆったりできます。ホテルの周りには人がいませんので、夜になると川の音しかしません。庭に出て自然の音に包まれながら、満月を愛でつつお酒を飲む最高の時間。魂の洗濯が出来た気がしました。また、当主の堀様も品のある素敵な方で、さすが代々続いてこられたお家柄だと感動しました。歴史好きな方は是非、またそうでない方でも、きっと満足出来るホテルだと思います。今回は食事無しでしたので、それだけが心残りですね。次回は是非、食事もしてみたいと思いました。ありがとうございました！"

"Highly recommend this property when it comes to budget. The home can house 6 people comfortably. It was clean and equipped with a washer and all the essential items you would need at home. Stayed at this place for 6 days and my party was really comfortable. Everything you would need is within walking distance. Self check in and check out was very smooth and easy. "

"Our family of 5 stayed at Rinko’s property from Nov. 22-Nov. 24. From Kansai airport, we took the train then walked 5 minutes from Sumiyoshi higachi station to the property. "My wife and I loved our time at this property. It has a very cute garden where we would sit and have tea. We also enjoyed the art display in the living room, which was all made by the host’s mother. The property is in an area away from the city where we could get a taste of everyday life in Japan, so we were delighted every time we walked to and from the train stations. "L’emplacement du logement est plutôt bien, dans un quartier calme et à 10min à pieds du métro. Cependant les règles de la maison sont très strictes, voir même menaçantes (pas le droit de faire du bruit sous peine d’appel à la police, pas le droit de parler au voisinage, pas le droit de fumer devant alors qu’il y a plein de mégots par terre). Un peu compliqué lorsque l’on voyage avec des enfants. "

"お風呂場が清潔だし、大きくて良かった。 ベッドルームも大人数で泊まるには十分な大きさと数があって良かった！ 全体的におしゃれな雰囲気で満足、子供達も楽しそうでした。 駐車場はちょっと狭くて大きな車だとギリギリでしたが、専用駐車場があるのはいいです。 また今回チェックイン時にタブレットがつかなくて焦ったのですが、電話して対応していただいた際に丁寧で安心できました。 残念な点としては、タオル掛けがないのでタオルの置き場に困る、足ふきマットももう一枚でも変えが欲しかったかなと思います。"

"The host is very responsible.but all communication is in Japanese. The property is lone and desolated, extremely hard to find. There are only two split AC unit for the entire house and it took a long time to cool off in hot weather. It’s very hard to find taxi or restaurant, and no public transportation nearby. "

"외각지역에 비해 교통편이 잘 구성되어있어 지낼만 했습니다. "

"地點位於昭和町一號出口的巷子裡面，有行李可以往三號出口搭乘電梯上來，有全家便利商店，快餐店，超市與藥妝店，簡單滿足生活所需，房間內有洗衣機，浴室能烘衣服，也附有洗衣球，唯一美中不足就是沙發床，完全不好睡，若是能換張好一點的，就完美了。沙發床這部分會讓我再訪入住的意願降低許多真的可以改進一下。"
