The Beletage 4 of the "Villa Ostseeblick" is 100 m² in size and has underfloor heating for 4 persons (bookable for a maximum of 4 adults + 1 child up to 2 years). The living space of 45 m² is generously furnished and designed with pink Portogallo marble fine stone. Large sliding doors open the window fronts to the 32 m² surrounding balcony, to the south overlooking the Baltic Sea and to the east overlooking the island of Oie and the 100-year-old oak. The architectural design and an awning protect against excessive sunlight and in the evening, a wood-burning stove invites you to idyllic hours. A seating group in white leather is facing the Baltic Sea. The LOEWE 42 "100 Hz flat screen for" digital Full HD "TV with DVD / BluRay player also has digital and internet radio and is very easy to handle with only one remote control. This will make your new home a true holiday experience. A spacious dining area made of solid oak wood furniture and the open kitchen, which is equipped with a countertop granite, bar counter, ceramic hob, oven, microwave, dishwasher, coffee machine, kettle and toaster first class, complete the well-being in our Beletage apartment. The Beletage 4 has two bedrooms with original comfort box spring beds for orthopedically correct lying and healthy sleeping at different degrees of hardness. To fall asleep, you can choose a soothing and relaxing color light, or you turn off the bedroom completely tension-free. For relaxing hours after a busy day, there is also a TV in the bedroom. If you feel asleep in the open, just open the sliding door to the eastern part of the wrap-around balcony. Then you can even experience the sunrise with a view of the 100-year-old oak tree. Two bathrooms, one with bath, the other with floor-level shower guarantee the ultimate in bathing fun - even with soft music or the latest news.
