The holiday home Villa Hügel consists of 2 separate, spacious apartments. Classic elegance, high comfort, exclusive interior, quiet feel-good atmosphere, away from the bustle of the city, in an exposed "golf course location" (within walking distance) and surrounded by beautiful countryside presents the "white villa in the country Fleesensee". Not only golfers feel comfortable here, but also families with children.

The family-friendly comfort apartment on the ground floor of the "Villa Hill" has "110 m² feel-good living space". The spacious and light-filled living and dining area with "kitchen with dining counter" provides a stylish feel-good atmosphere.

A per floor adjustable floor heating provides pleasant warmth. The exclusively furnished and light-filled living area with access to the partially covered south-facing terrace and adjoining garden creates a special feel-good atmosphere, which is underlined by the high-quality gas fireplace, which provides additional warmth on cooler days.

Here you can relax on the cozy couch & 2 comfortable club chairs in front of a wall-mounted full-HD flat screen (+ SKY TV: Bundesliga, golf tournaments, Formula 1 or current film in HD quality). A home cinema system (incl. DVD / CD player) provides excellent acoustics.

The high-quality equipment with convection oven, microwave, dishwasher, fridge / freezer, 4-zone ceramic hob, dishes, glasses, cutlery, pots, blender and many useful cooking utensils leaves nothing to be desired. In addition, you have a Nespresso machine available (capsules please bring your own).

From the living and dining area you enter the partly covered south-facing terrace, which is furnished with high-quality wooden garden furniture (incl. Cushions), 2 sun loungers, parasol & a festgemauertem outdoor grill is equipped. Relax on 2 sun loungers (incl. Editions) in the large garden or use it after extensive saunas.

In this apartment are a total of 2 luxury bathrooms available. The high-quality equipped wellness-bath Nr. 1 has an own sauna and a ground level, glazed Raindance shower, design vanity, towel warmer and toilet. Here you can leave your stressful everyday life and uncomfortable weather during extensive sauna sessions behind.

The bathroom no. 2 is en suite to the 2nd Bedroom & has also a floor-level, glazed spa shower and on top of a washing machine (free use, powder please bring). 2 of a total of 3 feel-good bedrooms each have a comfortable double bed (180 x 200 cm), wandh. The partially covered sun terrace is located on the south side of Villa Hügel & promises relaxing hours of sunshine in its own large garden. Here you can enjoy a leisurely breakfast and relax in your own large garden with 2 sun loungers.

For a good glass of wine, let the evening fade away on high-quality wooden garden furniture. Delicious grilled specialties are prepared on the brick walled outdoor grill.

1 parking space are available per apartment directly at the house. If you plan a stay with more than 6 people, we allow the recommendation to book the OG apartment in the Villa Hügel also. Thus, the paths are short and 12 people can sleep adequately under one roof in the two separate apartments.
