Magical beach house

The house was spotless and amenities abundant. View from the deck is breath taking and even spotted some migrating whales swim by. Would highly recommend and hope to return again

Great for Dogs!

We loved our stay here, the house was perfect and had everything we needed. The backyard was enclosed and our dog had lots of room to run around, they even had a kennel for her. We were close to the beach, the park and a short walk to cafes. We loved our time here and would definitely come again!

Kilifi Beach House Xmas

The property was perfect for our family; three adults and a baby. The upstairs rooms gave my son space and peace away from the baby. The grounds were perfect for our dogs. We were within walking distance of the beach and the White Elephant. The house was simple and perfect for relaxing before and after swimming. We had absolute privacy and the house remained amazingly cool during a super hot Christmas.

Family fun holiday stay

The property was easy to stay in with plenty of room to spread out. Consideration for the family pet dog was welcome. The only issue was parking in the carport was a wee bit tight. Everything was on hand and we were able to enjoy our stay and visit the beach and join in family events quite easily.

Great Spot in Margs

Close to town close to caves road. All the comforts of home and more little extras than we get elsewhere. Would stay again for sure. Will tell family and friends too. WOW on the views too.

A wonderful place to stay!

Kilifi house was the perfect coastal getaway for my family. The kids really enjoyed Prevelly Beach, exploring Ngilgi Caves, Margaret River town and Sunflowers Animal Farm. The house has an incredible outlook on the upstairs balcony with a comfortable and accommodating interior. A wonderful home and location!

5 star family home comforts

We were looking for a quick family getaway by the coast and this villa didn’t disappoint. Spacious, Comfortable, well equipped kitchen, functional living and dining room layout. The 2nd level is a great area for a spectacular sunset sundowner without the hassle of running back home to get the kids in the bath, simply step back inside. It’s also the little touches like the useful tourist information , the little tech essentials (hellocharge cables that I forgot to bring), the eco friendliness and the overall comfort that makes you feel warmly welcomed and at home. WA at its best

I took my brother and sister in law with my children for a trip to show them the best of WA. The house was perfect for it as the balcony gave them uninterrupted views out to the ocean, where we were lucky enough to watch many whales in action...such a special moment. The master bedroom has perfect views too and it allowed them to have some separation from the children who slept downstairs. It’s a large house with a very well equipped kitchen catering for everything you need. The location is walkable to local cafes and we had a private winery tour company pick us up for the day direct from the door. I highly recommend the house and owners and look forward to staying again.

What you see, is what you get.

When searching for a property to suit 6 adults, just a bit out of Margaret River, this one ticked all the boxes. Plenty of room for 6, with separate living area up stairs. Only a short walk to the beach and the local tavern (which serves delicious meals, has great service, but a little pricing, even for Margaret River standards). Great outdoor area, even though we really didn’t get to enjoy it due to the weather, but that’s southern WA this time of year. Convenient too that tour companies will pick up from the front door and drop off - great for those winery tours. Highly recommend for a group and would stay again if ever we make our way over from the east coast again. My only suggestion would be to supply face washes with the towels. Great location and house!

We had a lovely 3 day stay at Kilifi. There were 3 couples, so with all rooms having double beds it was ideal. They have everything you need, we just provided our food, everything else was there. The house is very clean, and lovely clean bed linen and towels. Beautiful view from the top room, which was great for our couple that came from the UK, they were very impressed with the area.
