Nestled in the forest, in an oasis of peace and quiet, on a vast, fenced property (3.5 hectares), a historic mill building (dating from 1898) awaits guests. Naturally, the property has undergone a complete renovation and offers comfortable accommodation. Guests have access to half of the building, while the other half is occupied by the friendly hosts.
Guests have a separate entrance to their own part of the house. They have access to the ground floor and the second floor. On the ground floor, there is a living room with a TV, a spacious dining room with two large tables, and a well-equipped kitchen. There is also a washing machine and a bathroom with a shower. On the second floor, there are six separate bedrooms, each with a separate bathroom with a shower. Guests have access to two large terraces, complete with lounge furniture and a large barbecue. Central heating is provided. Wireless internet is available.
On the extensive grounds surrounding this atmospheric house, there is a stocked pond (free fishing for tench, roach, crucian carp, and perch), where you can enjoy water bikes. There are also large barbecue gazebos, a fireplace, a sports field (soccer, volleyball, badminton), a playground, and secure parking. A round swimming pool is available during the summer holidays. Guests can use the sauna for an additional fee.
The price includes: bed linen, towels, electricity, water, heating, dogs allowed (maximum 3), pedal boats, parking, internet, and final cleaning.
The immediate surroundings are ideal for relaxing in direct contact with nature. There are numerous opportunities for attractive cycling and walking tours nearby. The nearest lake with a beach and swimming area is 9 km away. The sea is also relatively close (approximately 25 km).
