With 100 square meters of space, it offers a cozy atmosphere with a wood-burning stove and a sauna.
The open, fully equipped kitchen is perfect for cooking. High-speed Wi-Fi and smart TVs provide entertainment.
Outside, a garden with a beach chair (April–Oct.), a sunbathing area, and a grill beckons. For children, there’s a handcart, a high chair, and a crib.
From the “Windsbraut” vacation home, a short walk (about 500 m) through the spa gardens leads directly to the Baltic Sea beach.
Charging stations for electric cars (billed based on usage) and e-bikes are available. No smoking, no pets!

Just about 500 m through the spa park, past the playground, directly to the Baltic Sea beach, where you can enjoy a view of Tromper Wiek Bay and Cape Arkona in the distance.
In addition to the beach chair in the garden, there’s a handcart in the garden shed for the walk to the beach.
First floor: Living-dining area with underfloor heating (heat pump throughout the house) and a fireplace,
cozy couch and armchairs, flat-screen TV with Magenta TV, radio, and soundbar, books and board games for cozy evenings; all rooms have insect screens,
open, fully equipped kitchen with ceramic cooktop, oven, Nespresso machine, large refrigerator with a small freezer compartment, dishwasher, and various small appliances (microwave, milk frother, etc.)

Upper floor: 1st bedroom with a double bed (separate mattresses, each 80 x 200 cm) and a single bed (90 x 200 cm), and a wardrobe
