Das The beautiful, newly built thatched-roof semi-detached house “Kliffrand” is modern and furnished with great attention to detail. The fireplace creates a cozy atmosphere on cold days. The well-maintained property with a lawn for sunbathing is completely fenced in and invites you to relax. The living room, kitchen, and bathrooms have radiant floor heating. All other rooms have radiators. The windows are equipped with electric exterior blinds and, in some cases, insect screens. The “Kliffrand” vacation home is a smoke-free property. A pool table is available for your entertainment. The property features 2 parking spaces and storage for bicycles. Shopping, bakeries, restaurants, and a liquor store are all located nearby. Excellent cycling and hiking opportunities to explore the beautiful island round out the experience. Pets are not allowed.
