The “Riecht nach Meer” apartment features 2 bedrooms, a bathroom with a shower, a guest restroom, and a living area with a dining area, a fireplace, and an open-concept kitchen, as well as a balcony and a huge rooftop terrace with a beach chair. The apartment includes an underground parking space. The building offers a communal sauna (free of charge) and a laundry room (for a fee) with a washer and dryer. You can park your bikes in the lockable bike storage room. Our little ones can have fun at a small playground.
But the best part is how close it is to the Baltic Sea beach!
