Owner sold my room to someone else and moved me to her teenage daughter's offline attic room without amenities - no wifi password, no guest package, no city view, no hairdryer, shared bath. To make matters worse she told me she couldn't move her other guests who were already checked in - and that was not true. She also said her Expedia/Hotels.com guests did not pay enough to justify refusing another full fare customer. The house itself was okay - not great - but the treatment by both the owner and hotels.com was disappointing. They offered to book me in a motel 25 miles away. No discount. No peace offering. Just continuous reiteration that I was so lucky to have any room in her property. Not what one expects from the hospitality industry. I do not recommend Julietta House. And I will not book through Hotels.com again.
