"It is a great place to stay with kids and older adults. So easy to get to the beautiful sandy beach. The water was so clear, shallow and gentle waves. Very refreshing water temperature. Shed in back has many beach chairs, umbrella, and sand toys, 3 floats too. Outdoor shower with hot and cold water was wonderful to change or just rinse off the sand before entering the house. "The property is nicely located but in need of updates. A lot of the lamps are plug in vs light switch and there were some flickering lights behind the TV. One lamp was missing a light bulb. No outlet in the bathroom for a hair dryer. The second bathroom is missing a door handle making it hard to open and close. "The rental was very nice and comfortable. It was also stocked with everything you could need. The yard was so beautiful-our family spent a lot of time on the back porch enjoying this plus some bonus wild life sightings including 2 small deer. The location was great-walking distance to Bearskin Neck and there is also a small beach down the same street that the rental is on. The host was great-very quick responses to any questions."
