"We are more accustomed to VRBO condos and homes in South Carolina so at first....and we arrived vey late at night after a four hour airport delay...we were taken back by the multi-level and multi-areas in the house but after just one day we were all saying "wow-what a great place this is to stay". "Stay at Niles Beach" is New England charming ,completely and well decorated as if the owners lived there, very clean, stocked with everything you need and the owners were very helpful and so pleasant...

"What a wonderful house and what a wonderful time we had there. The main floor has an excellent, fully stocked kitchen and comfy living room. Downstairs is the main bedroom and bathroom with an extra large tub. A real bonus is that it's nice and cool down there (there's also a floor fan if needed). Upstairs from the main floor is a very large bedroom with 3 single beds and a second bathroom with shower. One evening we walked down to the dock area (about a quarter mile away) to watch the sunset....

"We had a fantastic stay at this home in Gloucester. It really is a cozy little place in a good location. Easily walkable to the harbor and main areas with shops and restaurants however I will warn that the elevation changes can make walking somewhat of an exercise. The T station is a minute away so that makes it convenient to travel to other towns via the train, something we would highly recommend. I would go so far as to say if you want to visit Salem in October, stay here and take the train,...

"The property is nicely located but in need of updates. A lot of the lamps are plug in vs light switch and there were some flickering lights behind the TV. One lamp was missing a light bulb. No outlet in the bathroom for a hair dryer. The second bathroom is missing a door handle making it hard to open and close. We were unable to reach the ceiling fan chain without having to get on the bed, The Air Conditioner wasn't working on he first floor which made it a bit stuff but with open windows at...

"We had a great stay at this beautiful little. Location was perfect just a short walk to the beach and shops. Home was very clean and well kept. We will definitely stay here again if we come back to this area."

"This stay in Beverly is a hidden gem within 6 minutes of downtown Salem. Parking was easy and the apartment was clean. We couldn’t have asked for a better location and overall stay. Plenty of room for 3 adults. Would stay here again!"
