Retro home with three terraces near the beach

This retro-inspired summer house is located on a small private road where passersby can’t see inside. The house is bright and spacious, and with three terraces, there’s always a sunny spot to be found no matter the time of day.



The decor has elements of a seaside resort, and pictures and ceramic bowls have been added over time to give the house character. The two large bedrooms have raised beds, and the garden is a mix of lawn and wild vegetation with plenty of space for outdoor games.



A collection of stones and seashells from the beach is displayed on an Amager shelf, and you’re welcome to add to it. The beach, just over 300 m from the house, is both swimmer- and child-friendly, and there’s a wood-burning stove for cooler evenings.



The waffle shop is a 10-minute walk away, and when the wind is right, you can smell the freshly made waffles all the way out in the garden. A bike ride along Bøsholmstien to Bønnerup offers seafood dishes, cafés, and shopping, and you can pick up fresh fish at a popular fishmonger further down the beach.
