We had a great time. The house was just perfect for our group of eight....five adults and three children. The location fit our adventures of Glenwood Caverns and also rafting. Would highly recommend and would definitely stay again. Thank you!

Beautiful House

We loved this house! It was perfect for the two families we were traveling with. The kitchen was amazing. We were only there two nights, so we didn't cook any meals, but we all agreed that it would be perfect to cook in. The bedroom arrangement was perfect for our group. Everyone had their own space. We would definitely stay there again.

Beautiful home in a great location! My extended family really enjoyed our stay. We loved starting our day with coffee on the balconies, short drives to activities in town, family dinners around the large table, and then evening walks in the quiet neighborhood. Our only complaint was the additional charge found in fine print to have an 8th person stay, when there was more than enough room for more than 8.

Lovely home near all the fun!

A beautiful home close to all Glenwood Springs has to offer. Plenty of room to spread out and relax, great kitchen for cooking gourmet meals, and lovely peaceful outdoor space. We took advantage of the nearby trails, bike paths, and the hot springs pool. We had a wonderful stay at Lincolnwood Manor.

Weekend getaway

Our family spent 4 days relaxing and enjoying the sights! The house was perfect for our needs and was beautiful. The kitchen is very well stocked with everything you could want to prepare a fantastic meal. The primary quarters are huge and all the spaces were very comfortable! Enjoyed it all very much!

Giving Thanks- comfy beds!

The house was very spacious—lots of room for our family to spread out. The Beds were comfy! We had a Thanksgiving nontraditional dinner. There were plenty of utensils and kitchen gadgets. We needed the grill, which is amazingly attached to the natural gas. When we asked the agency/owner about a propane tank they told us we would need to replace it, meaning we brought our own for no reason. I was irritated with the response that within 3 days (1 of which was a Holiday) we would need to replace the tank to begin with. Some costs are a part of doing business. Nonetheless, we didn't need it. The pots and pans are little to be desired but worked out. You would not regret this stay!

Hideaway in the middle of town

Administrators for our company in Kansas came out there for a few days of R&R from the stresses of the agricultural business we are in. This home was absolute PERFECTION! Everything was clean, fully stocked, backyard was so relaxing, beds were comfortable and everyone had their own space. There were enough bathrooms to accomodate 6 women :) I would suggest if you are doing any grocery shopping go to City Market. The WalMart there was very sparse and they do not carry any fresh vegi's or fruits.

Great family tetreay

We booked this property as we were attending our daughter’s wedding locally. The property is absolutely gorgeous and spacious. The kitchen was well appointed. My only wish is that they would’ve allowed me to host my daughter’s rehearsal dinner here as her place is quite small. Overall and excellent stay!

Luxury in Glenwood Springs

Our family spent 3 days at this fantastic home. Everything was exactly as pictured. The kitchen was stocked better than mine at home. The bedrooms were super comfortable. The master bedroom was insane! The living room and dining room were large enough to accommodate our group. We even got to watch a lightning storm from the balcony one night. Just a very short drive to groceries and attractions. We went river rafting, the hot spring pools and the mountain top amusement park. I highly recommend this home and would love to return.

Excellent Interior Home...Exterior could use some TLC

We met here for a family reunion. The accommodations met our needs very nicely. We found almost every appliance and piece of cookware that we needed. We would have loved to have seen both a stove top steamer pot and a blender as two of the items we most often use in our own kitchen. A few more dish towels would have been appreciated also. The exterior backyard patio area could certainly use some attention. We would have liked to spend more time out there but the tall weeds, accumulations of leaves and tree debris as well as major overgrowth made it less comfortable than we would have liked making it difficult to enjoy the area. All that having been said, we truly enjoyed our stay and had a great time in Glenwood Springs.

Perfect home for a big group

Nice property, needs some "maintenance "

The overall property is as described but the two grills are actually .5 grill as one was propaneless - no bottle at all and the other only two 'burners' worked. The entertainment issues were on the dvd and vhs side. Two dvd players neither of which would work and the vhs is with one of the dvd players so it did not work either. The surround sound system needed a battery which we found when looking for a lighter for the grill. So finally on the last night had surround sound but luckily found candle matches to light the grill - the electronic sparker worked but would not light. Reached out to property manager who was responsive but unable to resolve. Would suggest they do a full on walk through before next visit... Oh and the listing says "hot tub" there is NO hot tub. And the water feature was non functional. So while this sounds negative i would still recommend the property and would come back!!
