Great for a large family
Thank you for a beautiful stay! This home was set up perfectly for our family of 11 (ages 6mo to 70+). We loved the magical garden trails, mountain views, and fun games throughout the home. We highly recommend for a large family vacation!

4 Generation Family Time
Wonderful home with all we could ask for. Each family had their own space but we could all be together. Love the big table, magical backyard, sunny front deck. Worked well for 88 year old in wheelchair. Plenty to do for all ages in Glenwood Springs area.

Larger family getaway.
Well maintained home with great accommodations and plenty of spaces for a family reunion. Just a short drive to downtown, waterpark, hot springs and more. Plenty of things for our family of all ages to do. A definite place to return to in the future 😁

Reunion
We had a marvelous time. The house is beautiful with plenty of space for all of us. We felt we were staying in a luxurious place, yet it felt homey and welcoming at the same time. One note, there is a major trip hazard going in the front door from the garage. One of our group tripped, fell, and hit her head on the stair. Please repaint that concrete lip with a bright red warning or put up a sign.

Better than the pictures!
This house is stunning. It has everything you need and plenty of space for 12 adults. Location is perfect as well. The owner was really easy to get ahold of with questions and the instructions for check in and check out were very clear. Highly recommend for anyone staying in Glenwood Springs.

Glenwood Springs Getaway
It was in a quiet neighborhood easy access to Target and surrounding area. Easy to avoid the interstate to get around.house was great for our family we loved the living room to hang out and reminisce. Kitchen is off the living room so they didn’t feel left out of the fun.

Amazing Stay!!!

Wonderful!
We had a wonderful stay in Glenwood. The house is spacious, comfortable and beautifully furnished. The kitchen is fully stocked and everything is new and modern. It is convenient to town, Iron Springs, the Glenwood Hot Springs and shopping. The view from the windows is amazing. The hosts were easy to communicate with. I highly recommend!

Comfortable Home
Felt right at home and had plenty of room for all us. Very quite neighbor hood! Had a bit of a triping problem with the area aned throw rugs, the corners turn up a bit and or get caught under doors. Not a big enough problem to discourage, but be aware. Property very dark at night a couple more night lights would be helpfull. Overall a wounderful place ! Thank You ! The Kirkman Family & Friends

Great place for a large group
We booked the property at Tanager Pines for our parents' 50th wedding anniversary. It was so clean and a beautiful property with plenty of room for our group. The kitchen was well-stocked, as we cooked the majority of our meals there. We also liked the location, close enough to the things we wanted to see and do in Glenwood Springs, yet in a quiet neighborhood. Our only suggestion is about marking a step for safety. Coming into the home from the deck on the south side, there is a step just on the other side of the patio door. The step up or down is halfway across the length of the door. My dad missed the step and stumbled. We wondered if putting some reflective tape on the step would prevent this from happening again. Other than that, we had a great experience and highly recommend this beautiful mountain getaway!

More than meets the eye
This property was surprising! We loved staying at this home. The amount of space it provided was shocking, it was as if the house kept going and going. We were able to spread out and get comfortable. One night my sister was up most of the night with her baby, and none of us heard the baby crying except her. Magical. The backyard was an adventure worth exploring, and the front deck was full of great conversation. We loved staying here!

Awesome Place!
We booked this place for our wedding for the bridesmaids, mothers and others to stay near our venue! It was truly wonderful to come home to such a nice place at the end of our daily activities. This home was clean, charming and had plenty of space for our group of 9-10 girls. The host was also kind and responsive. If you are in the area and need a larger place to house your group, this would be a perfect option! We would love to come back!

Perfect for our family!
This house is so warm and cozy yet if you need a little time away there’s plenty of bedrooms to rest for a few minutes. Tina, the property manager responded to every question within less than an hour. Over all this beautiful home was the perfect please for my family and we will come again next time we’re in Colorado! If you’re planning a trip to Colorado I would strongly encourage you to choose this beautiful home!

Great house and in a quiet neighborhood. Beds are all super comfortable. The living / dining room are great for large family entertainment. We were 8 people and could spread comfortably in the 6 bedrooms. It’s a quick one our drove to Aspen for a nice day trip. I would highly recommend for a large family reunion.

Very clean and well maintained property. Only issue is no outside guest allowed.
Extremely nice home for family. Not a lot of room for privacy as one set of stairs leads directly into a room upstairs. That same room is separated by a louver shuttered door that leads to another room. What appears to be the master bedroom upstairs has a glass door that isn't covered by any curtains that doesn't allow for privacy either. My family and I took a trip to Glenwood Springs with the intent to have a Thanksgiving get together. The owners did not allow for guest over on the property which was a bummer. The property is in a nice quiet neighborhood but doesn't allow for street parking, though there is plenty of driveway space.

We very much appreciate your feedback about the upper level family suite and have installed blinds on the glass doors to offer complete privacy in that room. With regard to the Thanksgiving get together, you requested a guest count of 27 at a vacation rental that is permitted by the City of Glenwood Springs for 12 guests; and the listing very clearly states: “Maximum occupancy 12; larger gatherings are not permitted”

Awesome Glenwood Springs Property!!
We spent 3 wonderful days at this property! They thought of everything to make our stay special. Parents 50th Anniversary
My sister and I took our families and our parents to this memorable home for our parents 50th wedding anniversary. They had their honeymoon in Glenwood Springs 50 years ago. The house was perfect for the 9 of us. A trip we will cherish and remember forever. Thank you for opening up your beautiful home to us. The management company was so friendly and great. Great spot for a multi-family gathering!
My family - 7 adults and 3 kids - stayed at this house for 4 nights and my 2 local to the area brothers hung out during the day. It was a great set up for multiple families - the couples without children took the lower level room, and upstairs was great for a couple families with kids. The kitchen, living area, dining tables, and deck space accommodated our group. The kitchen was fully stocked with everything we needed to cook - and plenty of dishes and silverware. The outdoor grill was large. Everyone had enough blankets and towels. It was a great value compared to the costs of other rentals or doing multiple hotel rooms.

Beautiful home, quiet neighborhood, and conveniently located to our activities!
A Family get away! We live miles apart, Texas, Montana and Wyoming, those that could come were myself and my husband, my two sons and future daughter-in-law, my mom, my two sisters and their husbands. We all loved the beautiful home it was perfect for the 10 of us. Best part was the dining table pulled out to seat 12! The property Manager, Tina, was very helpful and quick to respond to all my questions. Loved the memory book the owner left telling their story! We played cards, corn hole and ladder ball in the evenings. Everything we did was close 10-15 minutes away. We went to Glenwood Adventure Caverns & Amusement Park. Golfed at Lakota Canyon, Glenwood Springs (9-hole), and Rifle Creek golf courses, all were beautiful! Our favorite was the rafting with Defiance, the owners and staff were awesome! We packaged the rafting with a zipline and lunch, the "No Name Special" (the food was great). I would recommend this home, beautifully decorated, very spacious, close to town for those adventures and plenty of games and puzzles if you want to stay at home for family time. We also enjoyed one of the owners favorite restaurants, Smoke BBQ. We ordered to go and brought it home to play games and enjoy family time! Thank you Tina and The Millers!

Great spot!

Great home for large family!
We had a great experience here. The home is older (70s) but very clean and comfortable. Location was great (5 min from downtown and hot springs). 3 couples, everyone had their own rooms/space. We will be back. Thank you!

Charm-Location-Space - It's got it All !
This house is amazing ! We had 6 adults and 6 kids. So much space. The owner has thought of everything to make you feel at home. The decor and layout of this house is special. So close to town and the sunlight ski area. And the host Tina was the best we have ever had ! Making sure we were taken care of and all our expectations were met. It was the most beautiful home. It was a home away from home. View was breathe taking
Absolutely a dream home. The kitchen is completely stocked for cooking, extra large washer/dryer!! Plenty of sheets, linens, blankets ect. Fireplaces upstairs and down stairs. Family rooms were perfect. Most ideal for a family winter vacation.

Outstanding vacation home!
The property is outstanding from the smallest detail to those great big important things. Very comfortable and every room was well equipped (don't think that is made clear on the web page). The other thing that wasn't made clear is that there are stairs to 4 upper bedrooms - that might be a challenge for some.

Great place for a family stay!
Thank you so much for a wonderful stay in Glenwood Springs! We had 3 families stay at the property and there was plenty of space for us. We all enjoyed the front deck, games for the kids to play, and the accommodations. The host was so sweet to include a welcome card/gift and was very responsive and accommodating to adjusting times with us. Thank you!
