We followed up with the homeowner after reading your feedback, and they wanted to share the following: - The condo is typically stocked with essential supplies, but I apologize if a couple of items were missed for your stay. - Furniture taste is subjective, and I have never received any complaints about this in the past; however, I apologize that the furniture did not suit your personal preferences. I'm glad that you enjoyed the beds though. - The housekeeper has been instructed to get rid of stained towels. - The listing photos accurately reflect the property, and it is advertised as a condo, but I'm sorry if this caught you off guard. - I try to provide a great environment for guests, but sometimes external factors like noise from the neighbors are out of my control. There is a buffer between the condo and the unit next door so there is no way to hear those neighbors. It is possible to hear noises from the unit above. The owner does all they can to make the best possible stay, and we look forward to this property hosting many happy travelers!

Hi Vicki, thanks for letting us know about your stay. After going over your feedback, the homeowner wanted to address the items that you mentioned: -We notified you before your stay regarding the dishwasher. We're sorry for the inconvenience, and it is now fixed. -We've fixed the bed in the master bedroom, and are replacing the mattress and frame in the second bedroom. -We did supply high-end towels but found they quickly became damaged when guests used bleach and they took much longer to dry.
