Overall our stay was nice. We had everything we needed and the house was very clean. However the queen bed and bunk frames were metal and the mattresses were quite uncomfortable. The frames shake when you turn over. It helped a little to put the mattresses on the floor however they do need to be replaced. When we brought this to the Management's attention they basically said thanks for letting us know. The king bed was very comfortable. Some towels were quite stained.

Nice house in quiet, walkable neighborhood

This house was great for our multigenerational family stay, as the basement offered privacy for grandparents. The neighborhood is very pleasant with sidewalks and access to playgrounds, and great views. Clean and bright bathrooms. Easy access to Sunlight Ski Resort and downtown Glenwood Springs. Upstairs beds were somewhat squeaky, but this could be fixed with a good tightening of the connectors. Property manager was responsive to the minor concern we raised about the electrical circuit in the basement seeming unstable. Overall, I would definitely recommend this comfortable property.

Really nice, but kitchen layout

Quaint neighborhood. Location is not good for a walk to downtown, but it is a good location. Beds were nice. Kitchen is cute and the oven is good. Very small microwave. Owners require entry into the homes side door. When this side door is open it takes up half the kitchen. It would be good to have a protective cover over the deck where entry is required so that falls do not happen.

Great Family Getaway

We had a great family getaway to Glenwood Springs in this comfortable home. For my family of 4, it was not too big or too small. It was just right and only about a 10 minute drive to downtown, both Hot Springs, and the Glenwood Adventure Park/Caverns. We really had a very enjoyable trip, and were all well rested each night. The neighborhood was very quiet. We'd love to stay again if we're in Glenwood.

We did a quick trip with some friends and had a great time staying at this property. It was well taken care of. Great basement with TV. Nice kitchen to cook in. Very comfortable. 7 min from downtown Glenwood Springs.

We lived our stay in Glenwood Springs and this house was a big part of that. Easy access to Sunlight Mtn, and Glenwood Springs downtown. Very comfortable and we’d love to return!

Property and location were way better than we expected!

Lovely family neighborhood with tons of parks to walk to. We sat on the front porch and watched the kids ride their scooters in from of the house. House layout was perfect for our group of 4 adults and 2 children. Great sushi restaurant within a short walk.

Great get away

This is a really cute house in a quiet neighborhood. It looked like an older house in the picture but it is a newer house. Stayed with hubby, adult son and grandson. Park close by. Very clean and had everything we needed. Easy check in/out. Would recommend.

Lovely home in great area!

It was the perfect size for 4 adults and 2 children. Quiet neighborhood. Beautiful scenery. Easy access to the river for fishing. A small parking area just down the main road, gives you access to a paved trail that runs along the river. Very nice. A small word of caution - Hwy 82 is very congested during the week days at around 4 to 5. (Rush hour for peeps returning from Aspen) So just avoid it at that time if possible. The weekend days did not have that issue.
