Cozy lil home
We love this lil home away from home! Super cozy and I love the decor. Jessica was awesome and was able to assist us a few times when we needed it! Hopefully we can take the rest of the fam back sometime! Thank you!

Wonderful Thanksgiving get away
Jessica’s home was so clean and lovely. The whole place had a very cozy feel, the beds were super comfortable. The kitchen was well supplied with all the cooking items needed for us to make a great Thanksgiving dinner. Sitting outside at the fire pit in the evenings was delightful. The neighborhood was quiet, and great for morning walks. I would love to come back to this home again the next time I come to Glenwood Springs.

AWESOME EXPERIENCE
This property is very nicely decorated, very clean, nicely stocked kitchen for cooking your own meals, washer/dryer, off street parking, a fun fire pit in the backyard, grill, walking distance to downtown. This property has it all! We will DEFINITELY stay here again!

Great weekend getaway
The house was perfect for my weekend getaway with a friend! The location is great, walking distance to downtown and lots of shops/restaurants. The house was immaculate, well decorated, with great attention to detail. We will definitely be coming back.

Great backyard!
The Moss House was great. Larger then expected. The backyard was a great size, all fenced in, perfect for our dog and fun to sit at the picnic table for dinner. Very easy walk into town.

Love Moss Haus!!♥️
From the perfect location and comfy beds to the fully stocked kitchen and lovely decor, we loved everything about “Moss Haus”! The owners were beyond helpful and made our experience even more enjoyable. We will be back to visit our favorite Colorado town and this perfect home away from home.

Perfect location in Glenwood
Very comfortable home away from home where you will have everything you need during your stay. The owner was quick to respond and even came over to shovel the sidewalk to ensure the sidewalk was safe for passage. Walking distance to downtown although the walk back is a bit more challenging than the walk there. We will be back for sure.

Glenwood Girls Trio
My friend and I took our three girls away for a few days of fun in Glenwood. The Moss Haus was a perfect spot, quiet yet close enough we could walk to most things in town. Plenty of kitchen supplies to cook! Jessica was always prompt in her replies. Highly recommend.

Family Get Away
We had a great time staying at Moss Haus. It was perfect for our family. The house is a great set up and very clean. We will plan on staying again in the future! Loved being able to walk to the pool, go on daily trail runs, and just walk around town, without driving.

My best friend and her two children came into town and we stayed at the Moss Haus. We loved everything about it!!! It was so close to downtown and all the attractions, but we also just loved staying in and watching movies!!! It was kid friendly and the kids even found fun games and toys to play with. We would definitely go back and recommemd it to anyone looking for a cozy home like feel. The owners were great and super responsive. If we had questions they were always available and made our stay feel even better!!!! I’m extremely greatful to them.

Charming cottage!
An amazing gem in downtown! We walked everywhere and Jess was very accommodating to all of my questions. The place was so cutely decorated and we loved using the kitchen. The chalkboard notes left with instructions were a nice touch too. Girls movie night was awesome with the large TV and Netflix. We will be back! Thanks!

Great little house!
Tremendous property in Glenwood, has everything you need and located in easy walking distance to downtown. It was perfect for our ski trip. The owners were friendly and easygoing, and I would definitely stay here again.

The house is nicely decorated and stocked. It had the cooking basics and my kids loved having Netflix. The owners were great with taking care everything needed during our stay. The house is walking distance to town and the pools. It was great to experience Glenwood without having to worry about driving and parking. We will definitely come back!

Perfect!
Moss Haus is in a perfect location. Close to all the activities and fun Glenwood Springs and the surrounding areas have to offer. The house was perfect for our family of four adults and our fur babies. The fenced yard was perfect for playing in the yard. The BBQ patio area was a great space to relax and enjoy after fun filled days of play. The house was clean, comfortable and nicely decorated with home-like touches. It was wonderful to have a kitchen nicely stocked. We are already planning our next trip and Moss Haus will be included in our planning. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Moss Haus and Glenwood Springs!

Awesome Property and Great Host!
I stayed at Moss Haus with my husband and our two children (3 1/2 and almost 2). We had a wonderful stay! The house is beautiful and the location is great! Jessica is a great host, she was very responsive and helpful during our stay. We would definitely come back!

we loved it and would definitely go again!
The place was perfect. The owner spent a lot of time making it welcoming. The railroad theme was done tastefully. The owner responded immediately when I had questions. It was the first place we have stayed in awhile where the outdoor grill actually worked. And the location can't be beat. I will go back.

So sweet! So convenient!
Loved this little house. Two couples rented this three bedroom house for two days while fishing near Carbondale. We cooked all of our meals in the excellent (and well equipped kitchen) and played one of the games supplied by the owners (thank you!) Monopoly - Aspen version (Little Nell substitutes for Boardwalk...Don't land on that property...!). The beds were comfortable. And, it turns out, there's a forth double bedroom in a tiny house in the back. One bathroom would be tight for lots more people. But if you're looking for a good deal in a completely renovated and well-laid out house, consider this lovely home. Though it was 85+ degrees in the daytime, the AC was extremely efficient, and it was cool enough by evening to enjoy the backyard sitting area, and to take a dip in the hot springs pool. So much bigger and more comfortable than the Hotel Colorado or Hotel Denver! We'll be back!

Great little house!
We stayed at 3 different properties, all booked on VRBO, on our latest vacation in Colorado, and this was our favorite house! We felt right at home as soon as we walked in. The location was great, it was just a little walk to the downtown area and in a quiet neighborhood. The house was very nicely decorated, had tons of cooking utensils, and was comfortable. We didn't take advantage of the back yard, it was hot during the day and rained in the evenings, and there was a fire ban so we couldn't use the fire pit. It was a really nice area and if the weather would have been a little more cooperative we would have spent our evenings out there. The bedrooms and living room were comfortable, and the kitchen had everything to make a meal at home. It also has A/C and fans in case it gets warm. The whole house was spotlessly clean. Jessica was extremely helpful and quick to respond to our messages. We didn't have any issues when we were there, but if there would have been a problem I know she would have gotten it taken care of right away. When I rent a house from this site, this is exactly the kind of place I am looking for. After a long day of hiking, shopping, or whatever you spend your vacation doing, it's great to be able to come back to a place that feels as much like home as Moss Haus does!

Charming
Directions and checking were simple and the house is sweet and very comfy. My 2 adult sons and I stayed for 3 days. The beds are comfortable and linens very nice quality. The kitchen has all the necessities (but coffee,bring your own) and things appeared clean and tidy. Glenwood Springs is a fun and interesting area to visit. I would stay at the same property any time.

Great home!
We had 4 adults and there was plenty of room to have a comfortable stay. The decor is great and each room so well coordinated. Enjoyed the high quality sheets and towels. It had everything we needed for cooking meals. Peaceful back yard. Owner is VERY quick to respond to any messages/questions.

Perfect!
This home was perfect for our long weekend stay. We loved the tastefully themed rooms, high quality details and comfortable yard (grill, picnic table, and fire pit in the back, porch and relaxing chairs in the front). The house was full of nice, thoughtful touches (coffee beans, laundry detergent, etc.), and we wanted for nothing while we were there. And all of this in a great location, just a few blocks from downtown. We will be back!
