Non smoking room smelt like smoke, all our stuff smelt like smoke, the beds were hard as rocks. The price was expensive for what we got. Not a good experience I would not recommend it.

The Hotel Arthur is clean and well-kept. The bed was comfortable, but there were some hairs on the bedding/sheets (we were hoping it was just what happens while laundered like it does with my hair when I do laundry at home). There is a lot of parking and the hotel is right across the street from a Mexican restaurant and just down the road is a great coffee shop. The area is quiet as well. We enjoyed our stay.

Everything was great until I got up for breakfast. Coffe in coffee pot was cold. I believe it was from the day before. And absolutely nothing for breakfast. No bread no nothing. This was advertised as having breakfast. For this reason I would give 1 star for false advertising.

Nice hotel
We stayed the night here for a vendor event the next day. It’s a nice hotel. Quick service and nice staff. We got a nice room but the beds were rock-hard. We didn’t sleep very good. But overall, it’s a nice hotel.

I enjoyed my 3 night stay and Hotel Arthur and would definitely stay again in spring! This was a convenient no frills place at a fair price. The bed was very comfortable and the pillows were standard king and not micro sized. They promptly met any need we asked for. We had an excellent fridge and the Microwave worked. Bathroom was very clean. Coffee was available in the lobby from 6-9 am with a few items for morning snacking. Plan on eating out, bring AC items to charge your electronics, or your own travel alarm. My room had new carpet and fresh paint on the walls and ceiling. Better lighting would have been helpful. As I said, I will be back again.

Ridiculous price for this level of quality. Toilet seat not properly attached to toilet. "Breakfast at 6 a.m." turned out to be a case of pastries, coffee and chairs sitting upside down on tabletops in the lobby. Disinterested manager. Won't stay here again.

We have stayed her the past couple of years due to the car show but this year it was not the same .. the housekeeper would walk into our friends room without a warning or anything … the moisture was bad in the rooms and left a weird smell on your clothes that has never happened to us but I’m not sure what changed from previous years

Do not want to be overly critical because everything was okay and know good people are working hard to provide a service. Maybe some areas to consider for improvement, the person at desk was not very friendly, parking lot, reception area, and rooms were dated. Very sparse continental breakfast.

They’re in the process of updating the property but we thought it was worth what we paid. Breakfast left something to be desired but we booked it because of the affordability, since we were just passing through and needed a place to crash for the evening.

The hotel is older, but it was very clean and the bed was very comfortable. The day I checked it was 101degrees and the room was not very cool so I was worried the air conditioner wasn't working well, but after turning it down and giving it some time the room did get cooler. The breakfast is not much, but OK. I was disappointed that the USB ports did not work so I couldn't charge my phone even though there were two lights by the bed but the ports didn't work. The staff were very friendly and the hotel was very quiet and close to Casey's and some fast food places. Would stay there again.

The rate was reasonable. You could they recently remodeled the interior of the waiting area and hallways. The room was decent, with a mini fridge, chair, and even a small wardrobe closet for your convenience. However, there wasn't an outlet near the bed that was accessable to the occupant to charge devices, and there wasn't any overhead lighting for the main part of the room with the exception of a couple lamps and an LED strip about 3 ft long above a piece of art that was turned on with a switch in the power cord that was just above the bed, with no light switch for all of the outlets these lights were plugged into. That being said, this particular room looked like it had not been remodeled yet, at least not fully, so maybe some or all of these issues will be resolved. And these were minor inconveniences, certainly not a deal breaker for me staying here again in the future.

This is a tired property which has been somewhat rehabbed. Our room had been recently renovated and was good for a 1 night stay. Probably paid $30 more for the room than it’s worth but it’s the only hotel in town. If I were heading north, I’d drive another half hour to Omaha/CB.

Good room, lousy breakfast.
Stayed just the one night for a nearby wedding. High price but that was due to demand as that was same weekend as college World Series in nearby Omaha where hotels were doubling and tripling prices. This hotel was fine, but not even a reasonable breakfast, luckily Casey’s was right next door for a decent coffee, pastries etc for the road home.

Would stay again.
One of the rooms had a washcloth and body wash left in the shower. The other room the TV wouldn't work which we finally figured out it was because the outlet didn't work. There weren't enough outlets for a family with Electronics. For the price it was good. I am concerned about the electrical issues. The management and employees were all very polite.

The check in took a long time, maybe about 10 minutes. There was stuff in the refrigerator and the sink wasn't cleaned very well so I was concerned about the cleanliness of the rest of the room. The beds were really comfortable though!

Good place to stay.
Good place to stay. Older property in town. Close to Food and retail. Mexican restaurant across street (Good). Town square has several small restaurants. Hotel is in good shape. Breakfast is very basic.
