Exellent Customer Service/Wonderful Property

We had originally rented a smaller property, but owners agreed to a long term rental and upgraded our group to a much nicer and larger property. Was much larger than we needed for our small group, but was lovely to have a private bathroom for all our guests! Time for living cabin was lovely just across from the creek/river, would definitely recommend for a multi family trip with kids! The PM was great and was very helpful!! Would definitely stay here again!!!

Excellent stay for 4 people

NICE property and convenience to the river and local restaurants etc. Very pleased EXCEPT the fact that one bedroom does NOT have a window unit! In July, this was very warm and unacceptable. That is why I say for 4 people. Very easy check in and good cleanliness with nice amenities. Would stay again with 4 guests.

Ps my kids love this place this is our second time being there my kids really love it and you have yr own private place to go swimming you have a beautiful, hot tub to relax in my kids enjoyed it It is a beautiful and clean place If you wanna have a good time, come and rent this cabin, you will be satisfied

Location is everything.

The location of this cabin could not possibly be better. The private river access was amazing and easy to get too. To say that it was a spacious cabin would not do it justice. Tons of room and beautifully decorated. Contact with the property manager was easy and friendly. Would love to stay there again.

Enjoyed our stay

We were visiting with a large family group staying in another large riverfront property. We rented Deer Ridge because our family overflowed one house and we wanted our own privacy. The property worked out great and was way more accessible than the larger house which was raised. We really used it only in the evening and night.

Calming experience

We all enjoyed the peaceful grounds and the cabin was very nicely decorated in calming colors. Some gathered at the hot tub and fire pit. We all had fun playing the corn hole game. The proximity to the river and canoe, kayak and tube rentals was great.

Great get away!

The property is perfect. Close enough to town to be convenient to anything you need and still not lose the peace and quiet of the country. Love the quick, easy access to the river. The house has plenty of room for a group, but not overwhelming if it’s just a couple. Can’t wait to come back.

Great vacation!!

This is the best house we have ever stayed at before. The house is pretty isolated and just steps from the Caddo river. The house is beautiful and the beds are great! If your're looking for a great house with a great view, give this one a try. You won't be disappointed.

the vacation that didnt happen.

We didn't actually make it, we had a family emergency. I would definitely recommend this property though, it appeared peaceful and beautiful. I actually picked this spot because of the hot-tub, so we will make it one day!
