"This is a small townhouse in a modest neighborhood. We felt safe and although the property was small we made it work for our family of five. We were traveling with our 3 college aged daughters. The second bedroom was perfect for them. We had an issue with the electricty but the host was incredibly responsive and it was restored in about 5 minutes. The property was very clean. It had wall units for AC which kept us cool. We stayed in a previous property on this trip which was not the case---...

"We thought it was a great stay. Very functional kitchen and living room area and we loved the layout of the home. Looks like one of the showers is in progress which would make it even better. A few spots on the deck were pretty creaky and wobbly but that didn’t keep us from enjoying the beautiful views at all. Just thought I’d mentioned it if it’s only to you. Definitely worth 5 stars still and the communication was great. Thanks!"

"This property needs some serious attention to cleanliness. Gross actually—filthy floors, kitchen and bathroom drawers full of old used dirty sponges and bars of soap. Old scratched teflon pots and pans that should be replaced—safety hazard. Dangerously tippy dining chairs and barstools—safety hazard.Only two washcloths provided for 6 guests.It’s hard to believe this property is so highly rated. The host was nice to work with but other than that, it was disappointing."

"Very clean, new house, comfortable furnishings, well stocked kitchen. Communication with host was the best. Good location near everything. This is not 5 bedrooms as listed, living room has a nice comfortable sofa bed, but is not a private room. Other than this miscommunication, it was a great short stay, one of the nicest, cleanest homes we have stayed in. Lots of room and would book again."
