The place includes all the amenities listed, however upon arrival it was easy to see how poorly the property is maintained. The dishes were caked in dust and grime sitting on the shelves. "Cabin was in good shape with furniture that looks nice but was not comfortable. Cabin was cleaned from the last renters but weeks ago. So had a lot of dust and the porches was nasty and the grill need replaced. No wash cloths. Listed a washer and dryer but not ether. Fire ring need some redoing, needs some rocks not mud. Cabin have some good, but need a lot improvement. "
