"The best dog friendly rental we have stayed in so far. The house was clean, the beds comfortable, nicely updated and the rustic decor charming. Scaly mountain is between Highlands NC and Dillard Ga, so close enough either way to enjoy shopping and restaurants but rural enough to feel like you live in the country. Lots of dog friendly hiking trails nearby. Loved the front porch with its swing and cool evenings, and the fire pit. Definitely recommend."

"The house was beautiful. Very clean. Its an old home and really offered the comfortablè, family feel I was looking for. The mountain views along the main highway are amazing. I will say this; if you're into haunted houses this place definitely offers the spooky. We experienced several things that gave us the creeps, that to us, was very cool. Overall, the stay was 100%. "The property is great and so cute! The bedrooms and bathrooms were nice. It is a hike to get up there and the road is small, so make sure you are in a car good for that. We loved it and plan to stay there again."

"This unit was our base for a couple of days of hiking in the area. Very relaxing after miles on trails and had what we required but I would say the kitchen could use a bit more supplies (especially if your stay is more than 2 days) I would stay here again."

"My wife and I absolutely loved this yurt! We intended to spend a few days in the Brevard/Pisgah area and saw this available for a long weekend. It looked nice enough so we booked, and when we arrived it honestly exceeded our expectations. Very cozy, comfortable, clean, and the kitchen/bathroom was very well done. "We enjoyed our weekend away at Pop's Peak. The cabin was beautiful, clean and we enjoyed it with our grandbaby. Willam was always super responsive and helpful when I had questions. It was just so peaceful there and exactly what we needed for a weekend away!! We would definitely return!"
