There’s a washer and dryer which is very convenient as well as an air fryer and toaster. The location is also very much ideal for anyone who works at Howard University as it is a short walk away. "I had a great stay. Free street parking with pass. Very walkable to metro station. This is a bottom unit so you do hear movement upstairs, but it wasn't too bad. Everything was clean, tidy, and comfortable! Host always responded quickly to any questions! Would recommend! "

"Everything was great! Only reason for 4 stars on cleanliness was that the end table in the livingroom and nightstand in bedroom did not appear to have been wiped down. There was something sticky on them. And a minor oversight (becuase this should have been done by prior guest) was that the coffee pot still had a used coffee filter with grounds in it. "The location of this property is excellent and it was perfect for our visit. Two nice bedrooms, a clean bath and well appointed kitchen/living area. It is close to the Metro, grocery/Target, and many local, authentic restaurants. Our host was responsive and even assisted us with a special request. Highly recommend."

"Great little place in DC. Had everything that we needed and more. It’s approximately 1 1/2 miles to the Washington Mall area, so it’s definitely walkable. There are plenty of bicycle rentals in the area, and the Union Station is approximately 1 mile away, if you choose to use the metro. If I was in the area again, I would definitely stay here."
