"Nice hotel. If you want a tv you need to have a room on the second floor but who needs a tv nowadays when there is WiFi. Very comfortable bed and lovely big bathroom."

"Hosts were very friendly and attentive, providing a great welcome and suggestions for dinner in the evening, as well as a recommendation of an activity to do the next day after we checked out. Bathroom was private for our room, though not connected to the room itself. The bathroom was very nice. Our room also had a sink in the bedroom itself. Bed was a bit soft - the mattress was not the most comfortable, but overall, no issue. We very much enjoyed our stay, and if we stay in the area again...

"This place was amazing. Great custom order breakfast. Rooms were great. Near a nice street to shop and just down the road from a place for groceries if needed. Owners were nice and accommodating. Parking lot does get full at night as it’s a pub/restarting as well. "

"On having come with my confirmation of reservation in the hand the person in charge says to me that my reservation had been cancelled on the part of expedia due to incompatibilities by my credit card and shows an "e-mail" to me that ACCORDING TO HIM Expedia was the person in charge for not having sent above mentioned mail. "Elizabeth sent me an email before I was checking in making sure i was aware that there would be no one present on site. Keys were left exactly where she said they would be and instructions for breakfast and everything else were easy to understand and locate. The Crossing is suitably located right next to the Kingussie railroad station and is close to the Barracks - one of the sites to see while we were there. Would highly recommend this place."

"This was a perfect guest house for us to use as a home base to enjoy the Speyside area. Food was excellent and the bed was very comfortable. The staff were also very friendly. "

"The hotel was clean and welcoming and the husband and wife team were friendly. It's in a lovely location and within 5 minutes we were deep in Anagach Wood which is a dog walker's paradise! The longest loop is about 2.5 hours but plenty of shorter options. The food and drink at the hotel were also a highlight - compliments to the chef!!"
