Dirty, unkempt, uninviting entrance to this place. Potholes in the driveway, reception poorly signed and difficult to find. Surly attitude from the person who handed over room keys. The rooms were clean and very modern but the amenities such as pool was green and not usable and restaurant / bar is not open and apparently televisions there is no signal so they didn’t work ! So definitely check with hotel what works and what doesn’t before you book as you book as the photos
