"A well equipped, large 2 bedroom apartment. Ample parking. Easy to find. Central Fort William is not on the doorstep, but still walkable. Good internet. Only one downside, and the reason I gave 4 stars instead of 5, is the beds. I don't know how old the mattresses are, but they are kind of lumpy and I left a body shaped dent in mine when I got up (and I'm not a large person) - they need replacing. Wonderful scenery around the village, the gateway to the Isle of Skye 20 minutes away, and what feels like the only chocolaterie in the whole of Scotland within walking distance. "We have stayed in the area many times but first time stay for the Croft, highly recommended and beautiful very secure garden for our 2 dogs, house very well equipped, the only gripe of it is a gripe is a mirror near a socket would be good for us ladies who need to dry our hair, and maybe a wardrobe to store clothes if there is more than 2 adults but there is a rail with hangers on and drawers so we got by. We would definitely return."

"We had the best week in Scotland and will definitely return. The location of the property is fabulous. The scenery and wildlife were amazing. The Pine Martens came every night for the jam butties and eggs we put out for them. We even saw a Golden Eagle flying overhead. Walk down the path towards the Castle and there are seals on the rocks. Paula could not have been more helpful and accommodating. Sorry we could only stay for a week ."
