Perfect place for relaxing and enjoying the beautiful creek

Our family enjoyed staying at this cabin and the pictures do not do justice to how beautiful the creek and outdoor space is. The owners have truly thought of everything you could need and their attention to detail was evident. Beds were comfy and there was plenty of space for our family of 5.

Great house, excellent location

The house is very cozy and has all the amenities you need. Ralph is very quick to respond to any questions. The view from the backyard overlooking the creek is worth the price of admission alone! The pictures in the ad as well as any I could possibly add don’t do it any justice, it’s simply beautiful!

My wife and I stayed at this beautiful property and cabin for a week however it was not as private as I thought it would be due to the busy road and pick up trucks occasionally doing U turns in the driveway.Could also use a little sprucing up like new towels and linens.Also some of the lights in the cabin don’t work properly.The place was nice and clean,internet works perfectly and the plumbing is great.Camp fire ring is well made and the Adirondack chairs are very comfortable.Owner provided plenty of camp fire wood,bbq gas,paper towels and toilet paper for our stay.Overall we had a pleasant stay.

Awesome Weekend

Spent a long weekend here with my wife and dog, this place is 5-star across the board. I lost track of the number of times I’ve been here, just keep coming back, such a beautiful property. House is always clean, has everything you need. Quick Tip: Millers Meat Market in Lowville is a short drive. The food truck out in front has smoked ribs, brisket, and some other items ready for take out (open at select times so give a call before going),…you won’t be sorry paying the place a visit.

Great Place!

Beautiful surroundings and nice and private! The sound of the river running in the backgroud is awesome. The cabin is very well stocked, and has everything you could possibly want. We had a great time and would highly recommend!

Vacation Top Off

Decided to have a final weekend getaway before returning to work after a couple weeks in Florida. The photos sold us on the cabin and didn’t disappoint. The location is private and quiet except for the therapeutic sound of Otter Creek. The cabin has comfortable beds with a relaxing sleeping space. It has everything you need. There is as flatscreen tv that we never turned on. Our time was occupied with great conversation in a fabulous environment. The weekend was capped off Sunday morning when caught and released a beautiful brown trout. Really can’t find anything negative about the cabin. Only wish we had more time.

Snow Retreat!

This was more amazing and beautiful than any picture can describe. Perfect cabin, location and scenery in the gorgeous freshly fallen snow. We feel in love right when we walked in and saw the amazing creek in the back. This cabin in Florida would be a State Park that you would have to pay an entry fee per a person to enjoy. As stated, we are from Florida and came for a snow vacation which is exactly what we received. It was such an amazing experience that we reached out to Ralph and added an additional night. Kids went snowboarding at Snow Ridge Ski Resort which was close by. Lots of fun hikes and deer in the area. We are definitely coming back… thinking this fall to see the fall colors of this piece of heaven.
