Might be a bit cold in winter because it’s so huge, but there are two open fires as well as heaters, and wood provided so could be nice and cozy too once fired up. Hot tub is an inflatable one and smallish, but still lovely to have. "

"We loved our stay and wish it could have been longer. The house is gorgeous, new and beautifully styled (we all admired the colour scheme) with lovely touches like blankets for sitting outside while we watched the sun rise. The kitchen is well equipped, the beds comfortable, the fireplace a lovely spot to unwind in front of and the view absolutely stunning. Thank you Rhonda, it was the perfect place for a last girls' weekend away."

"We stayed from Friday afternoon to Monday morning to celebrate my birthday. Beautiful spot and the house feels like a proper kiwi bach. Plenty of firewood although we hardly needed it as the place gets lots of sun. They rely on people leaving the place clean as it is a long way from anywhere and it was acceptable but not sparkling.The swimming is good nearby although there are warnings about the currents between the shore and the reef.Thank you."

"We had the perfect base for our Martinborough visit. The bed was super comfortable, great shower and lots of hot water. Very well equipped with everything. Loved the space and inside/outside balance. 'Hot' tub (because we dialled the temperature down,) was a great relaxer at the end of a day of exploring and walking. We would happily stay again. Few things needed attention but property agents responsive to contact."

"We had an absolutely amazing stay! The accommodation was perfect for our group of 8 friends and our dog — spacious, clean, and super cozy. "Stayed here with my sister and mother for Mothers Day Weekend. Property manager was quick to respond to any queries. Good size rooms with comfortable large beds. Kitchen very well equipped. Lounge area very comfortable and good sized tv! 10 minute walk into the centre. We all loved our stay, however, my 90 year old mother (who is very fit) did struggle a bit getting up the deep steps to front door. Would be great to have a hand rail of some sort."
