"Cutest home in great location for my high school reunion weekend! The host was amazing!!! She let us check in early and have a late check out. It made our trip so pleasant!! She was so very kind. The home was perfect for our needs and we loved staying there! Nice backyard area to chat with friends as well. Walkable to downtown Binghamton. Beds very comfy. Highly recommend!!!"

"Great location, walkable to restaurants, arena etc. very convenient for a quick visit to see our Bearcat. We couldn't find the sheets for the extra bed for my daughter but only realized late so we didn't give the host a chance to help us with this.. he was responsive when we did contact him so I'm sure it would have been solved if given the chance!!!"

"We had a phenomenal time ant our stay (mostly due to the farm animals lol.) Everyone was very friendly. The family has their kids over for the summer and it’s a very welcoming space seeing everyone playing. Cell service is spotty in the area so make sure you have the instructions on the map pulled up to get there. "

"We had a wonderful stay here while home visiting family. The house was nice and cozy but also plenty of room for the 7 of us at the same time. The firepit was a relaxing time on a cool night and the complementary items were a nice touch as well as the hot tub. We hope to rent again in the future when we venture back to the area to visit. "We had an amazing time! Scottland Yard Farm is a hand made thoughtful gem of a place to stay. The wildflowers and animals make it feel like a fairy tale. Our kids loved the pool and feeding the koi fish. The beds were comfortable, but we did need to bring two twin size air mattresses to accommodate our family. These fit easily in the loft. The whole place would be great to rent with other families for a joint vacation or event. Thank you Duane and Andrea for an unforgettable experience."
