"We are a group of 9 (3 families, 6 parents and 3 older teens). We stay in the area every year in November before ski season, for a few big hikes and some time at the waterslides, pool and hot tub. This was the best property of all. It was very spacious, clean, and a very short walk to Hope Lake Lodge. It's great if you have some early risers and some late sleepers. "Really loved my stay at Kelly's place. Cozy and quiet, yet just a short ride into town. Kelly responded right away whenever I had a question and did everything possible to make the stay enjoyable. The kitchen and bathrooms have everything you need. Even had a full propane tank ready to go when the current one ran out. Will stay there again when I'm in the Binghamton area."

"This was a last minute booking due to another rental not having heat. The host did meet us upon arrival which was a pleasant surprise. She communicated quickly and clearly. The place was clean and cozy. It is in a basement so the ceiling is low. I’m 6’3” and I was always stooped over. We were the host’s first guests. "We stayed at the cabin for a visit to SUNY Cortland. We were pleasantly surprised about every aspect of our stay. Besides the location being minutes from the University, the cabin was much larger than expected, immaculate and very charming. Although we did not ski during our visit, the Greek Peak resort was less than a minute away and looked amazing. This is the place I will stay for all future trips to the area. Highly recommend."
