"This was a truly beautiful property to stay in. Well done with amazing high end finishings. Easy walk to the Mill for coffee (which is always packed). Easy walk to Lake Michigan (about 5 mins). Easy bike ride to Glen Arbor. Great walk on the beach each morning -- walking to downtown G.A. and then grabbing coffee at Leelenau Coffee. All in all it was a great Labor Day weekend trip. The house is more located on a swamp part of the river where the water was very low (maybe b/c of the bridge...

If you plan to work remotely, please note that the WiFi in the cottage wasn’t able to handle video calls, so we needed to use our hotspot from our phones instead. "

"The house was adorable and the view was amazing. It was a great size for our girls trip. We didn’t get to use the fire pit or kayaks because we ran out of time but def next time! Our only complaint was that the water smelled metal-ish but I think that’s to be expected with a lake house. Would def stay again!"
