"we arrived late, the staff member was lovely and helpful. Parking was great and highly visable. unit was clean and tidy. but cold. maybe staff should ensure heaters are on low for arriving guests. needs another towel rail in bathroom, or small ring rail for hand towels."

"The rooms while small are new, clean and tidy and we’ll looked after the issue is the noise, mostly from other long term guests who have apparently settled there, arguments, drunken fight, swearing all night all through the night, it ended with someone trying to kill themselves, 3 police cars and ambulance at 5 am
I would never set foot there again if you paid me to be there, and that was the advice from police officers when I was eventually allowed to escape through the cordon "
