The accommodation was not as nice looking as the photos showed online. I'm guessing the photos were years ago when the place was new. Could do with a freshen up. I think they should have a fan for use as there's no air conditioning and it was very warm making it difficult to sleep.

The washer/dryer did not work. I messaged the property twice, but they never responded. I had to find a laundering service, and I spend a lot of time and money to launder my clothes. Also, the property was filthy!! It's been 10 days, and the property still has not responded to my messages.

Martin was amazing. He was the only staff that we ever saw. I feel like during our 4 day stay someone from the property should have reached out just to check on us.

the property was great location and very clean, but getting communication with the host was very bad. got charged for the parking but never manage to use it and had to pay for another parking.

The unit was very spacious. But, we couldn’t get the air conditioning to work properly in the living room and the windows wouldn’t open anywhere in the unit. So we couldn’t get any fresh air. Also the doors in the unit wouldn’t stay open (nothing to prop them open), so that was a pain.

The two televisions did not seem to work (one would go on but had no signal) and the toilet in the en suite bathroom would not flush. Good location and amenities apart from that.

Spacious apartment. Bedrooms were great size also. Unfortunately the ensuite had a bad odour which disappeared when you turn on the shower

*Room wasn’t ready when we arrived. We had to wait a little over an hour. *Maintenance guy was very very helpful though. *The room/apt was not as clean as we wanted it to be. It could have been cleaned a bit better in my opinion. *The size of the apt was about what I expected. It truly was nice having a full size kitchen there with everything we needed. *I was not a fan of the windows in the apt because they barely opened which sucked a lot because there was no proper ventilation. Not to forget they did provide us with a very small portable fan. *If you stay on the bath St side be prepared for the amount of noise that comes from the street by vehicles passing and pedestrians yelling outside. *The apt is located very close to all the bars and restaurants which is a plus. All were walking distance. * Overall I will rate this stay 3 out of 5.

Beautiful apartment in the centre of town, what’s not to like.!? ❤️ it was keyless entry and I had a little trouble getting the code on my IPhone but the girl at the other reception was so helpful and was able to sort things out for us and even followed up with a couple of messages to make sure that we were fine.! Definitely stay again and brilliant customer service. I don’t know the girls name or I would mention it here for some recognition.! 👍👍👍👍

Spacious and comfortable

So spacious and comfortable. Text and email communications excellent. Really clear and helpful regarding the check-in app, luggage storage option, etc. Apartment even bigger than expected, shame we were only there one night! Location perfect for us, right by the theatre.

Great apartment

Very spacious apartment, very clean, with 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms and good kitchen. Bit noisy with construction next door.

Good sized apartment with kitchen. Has dishwasher, coffee machine etc. had everything we needed, location was great as well. The underfloor heating was preset elsewhere so you couldn’t adjust the temperature. We found it very cold in there. I communicated this with staff who had apparently checked it after we left and said it was on… The apartment was clean apart from a big poo that had been left in one of the toilets there. I emailed housekeeping who said they could send someone later to clean it but we were going to be out and didn’t want anyone coming in when our stuff was in there.

Two bedroom unit was spacious, mattress was really comfortable, lounge seating not so much (very low). Good central location and uber and other transport services in Glasgow terrific. TV in bedroom did not receive an aerial signal despite it being reported and investigated. Never fixed during 8 day stay. Welcome information poor. No designated parking space despite paying £20/night!!

Promised much but sadly a little disappointed

It seemed to be a complex process to gain access and caused some confusion but staff did sort things out promptly. The washing machine in the apartment hadn’t been emptied on arrival but thankfully it was just towels (there were others available). City centre location meant it was noisy with building works still going on in the early evening and starting again at 08.00 which wasn’t ideal. Promised much but was sadly a little disappointed
