"I've stayed at this hotel many times and this was my fourth visit this year, facilities are superb, beach and marina within touching distance, city centre just a few minutes walk away, great location for the Mumbles and all the beaches in the Gower."
"The hotel staff were very good, the room clean & beds good. We had a good night with undisturbed sleep & a hearty breakfast. The hotel building is in need of some TLC though, threadbare/frayed stair carpets, the chair in our room needed reupholstering, paint work, woodwork & door frames particularly at suitcase height were bashed & chipped. The overall impression is good though - clean & pleasant smelling, but on closer inspection it is tired & needs refreshing."

"Air con was the main reason for booking, and I can confirm it's proper wall mounted air con which works great. Bed was comfy. We received an upgrade to a luxury double which was a lovely room. Blackout curtains, and the room was quiet despite taxis being outside.
We ate out locally as they do not provide food. We had Wetherspoons and the Tesco cafe for breakfast, and tried Burger Boyz for dinner one evening, excellent burgers!

"My boyfriend and I came here for one a night stay. We stayed in a standard beach view room and it could not have been better. Gorgeous view of the beach from our window, very clean room, excellent facilities, comfy bed, friendly owner. We felt very comfortable here and it was perfect for our trip. Amazing for the price too.
