"Cuando llegué al apartamento el recepcionista ( Richard) que me hizo el check-in me atendió muy amablemente con toda la información necesaria para que mi estancia fuera lo más confortable posible . Me acompañó al apartamento y me enseñó todas la estancias. Fabuloso el apartamento , para una persona sola es un lujo , incluso para dos personas . Encontré todo muy limpio, el equipamiento de la cocina completo , horno , lavavajillas , microondas, tostadora , kettle. Estuve muy a gusto y se duerme...

"The rooms aircon was broken, we were not informed of this. They had provided an alternative aircon machine and freestanding fan, however both were very noisy so unable to have on when trying to sleep, which meant a restless night due to temperature and no fresh air. Positives, able to use the luggage store on arrival, paid to use the pool, loungers around pool were not comfortable but plenty of them."

"Good rooms at a decent price, very central for all in Cardiff"

"Brand new amenities including baby cot, new appliances and furniture. Came with all the little things like spices and well equiped kitchen that you dont usually get in rentals. Clean and city center easy to walk everywhere highly recommend we loved it. Stayed for 2 weeks while visiting family and never had any issues. Courtesy calls from agency to check everything ok."

"we were staying here as we were attending cardiff pride on the Saturday. it was last minute booking for us and omg i could not have been happier. the stay was absolutely perfect. comfiest sleep my family have had in a long time. it was clean, communication was spot on and instructions were clear. i could not have been happier. thank you steve! "Hébergement situé à 25 mn du centre à pied, très bien équipé, personnels accueillants. Nos 4 jours à Cardiff se sont très bien passés, nous avons été parfaitement accueilli partout."

"The property host CANCELLED 24hrs beforehand! This left my 18 year old daughter and her friend without accommodation at the last minute. They claimed that due to ‘unforeseen’ maintenance they had to cancel! This left us in a panic as accommodation was minimal not to mention pricey as there was a concert on at the Stadium (which is what the girls were going for)! Not to mention the fact they were travelling from Glasgow!"

"We loved the place! It was spacious and comfortable. Just a few wish list items: smart tv, extra trash bags, lighting over mirrors in bathroom, cloths drying rack was broken. We will definitely be coming back!"

"Lovely studio, but 2 things to address: 1 - the shower is not powerful when the heat is turned up. 2- The bed is 2 singles joined together, it's on wheels, any movement and the bed just slides across the floor, maybe change the wheels to locking wheels, simple fix But I'd definitely stay again, lovely little studio."

"Apartment was cozy; a little further from City Center than we thought but walk was not bad; when we arrived, apartment had not been cleaned from previous guests but owner was able to get someone there quickly to clean."

"Have requested my invoice for the deposit several times now and still not been sent it. Didnt get sent lock box code on day of check in at 4pm despite sending all required info. Had to call and ask for it to be sent at 5:30. Deposit system was difficult and not clear. Property itself was ok but not worth the hassle for a work stay. "
