The Staff was helpful when they were available. The pool was closed all weekend long. I don’t recommend the basic cabin no seating besides on the bed. Restaurant extremely pricey, food was good though.

Nice and quiet cabin. The heat was off when we got there so it was 55 in the room, but it heated up pretty well with the wall heater. The pool was closed both days, the whole reason my daughter ever wants to go on vacation. The room was clean and comfortable but don't want for extras, its just the basics which can be nice sometimes.

You can rent ebike and ATVs from the resort. They have a restaurant on weekends. Good place.

I think I was the only person on the whole property during my stay. It was very quiet and peaceful. I enjoyed the lakeview cabin very much. It rained the duration of my stay, but the porch overlooking the river allowed me to sit outside and read my books while listening to the sounds of nature. Thank you for accommodating my dog, she travels everywhere with me. She also enjoyed being able to sit outside and stay dry! The only things that were missing were utensils, paper towels or napkins, and dish soap. I wasn’t able to clean my coffee mugs before my departure. I rinsed them out and made due. Overall no complaints, I had an amazing stay!

Stayed for my girlfriend’s birthday weekend and loved it. Clean cabins, great condition, amazing staff. We had an awesome time and will definitely be back!!!!!

This was our first stay at this location. My wife and I purchased a property about 20 minutes away and we were headed up from home to do some maintenance over the weekend, and I wanted to stay somewhere new. We normally stay in West Branch and I'm not too familiar with much else in the area. I happened to just come across this location and was pretty impressed by the pictures online. I booked a regular suite and did not know that the resort pretty much shuts downs down at the end of the second week of October. It just so happened that we benefited from this because we were upgraded by the owner to a deluxe river cabin! These are huge! Large bedroom with king bed, in room jacuzzi, decent sized kitchenette area, large bathroom, fireplace and a large, covered porch facing the river. The location is right on a bend of the river which offers spectacular views, especially with the trees in peak fall color! I was very impressed with this area and until we have our property developed, I will definitely be stopping back in during the summer months to check out what they have to offer during the busy season!

The cabin was clean but had issues with the doors sticking. The shower had freezing cold water and never got hot. It’s a nice place to stay otherwise and the price was right.

Didn’t get the place on the lake that we ordered. We got a room with 2 beds. Their were pieces of leaves and some dirt in my bed. Pieces of pine trees on the floor. The bathroom door couldn’t close. It was off track. Didn’t sleep all night. Couldn’t watch TV because they didn’t give us the WiFi password. Called the number they left and they didn’t answer the phone. I must say that it was the worst anniversary we ever had. The pool was closed and the restaurant was closed. We had to drive 20 miles to eat dinner. We were not informed of any of this.

Unfortunately there was no clean pool towels for the entire stay. There was a dirty pile that looks like it’s been there for quite some time. We had to request for the room to be cleaned again before staying

This is a hidden gem of a get away. Fresh and clean decor. Great for families with a lot of things to keep everyone and children busy or relax. Amenities are basic and everything works and is clean. Nice people too! We didn’t eat at restaurant due to our timing but was glad it was there since this place is off the beaten path by 30-40 minutes. We would definitely visit again!

The resort was okay. They are strict with their check-in time. We got there 45 mins early and the entrance was locked. I called the number listed and was told they don’t open until 3pm. I have never stayed somewhere that doesn’t have a front desk staff. We rented the 2 bedroom and there is one wall heater in the kitchen area that is supposed to heat the whole place. The bedrooms only get heated if you leave the doors open. There were no lights on the back deck area facing the water and the pool was down for maintenance so we couldn’t use the amenities. Our room had a fireplace that also didn’t work. We went to dinner at the restaurant. While the food was good, it took way too long to get a burger and club sandwich when there were only maybe 4 tables occupied. This was a one and done visit. Not a place I would visit again.

We loved the picturesque views of the river and our bed pillows were very comfortable. There was a cleaning product odor that overpowered the room at first but the room was spotless. We were disappointed that the restaurant was not open.

We checked in slightly after 9pm, got our key with maybe less than five words from the front desk person who barely looked at me, didn’t even check ID. We got to our room for our family of three to find one single towel. Could not find the tv remote until we realized it was tucked in under the fitted sheets of one of the beds. Advertised as having a kitchenette but only has a mini fridge and dirty coffee maker. No bath mat so the whole bathroom was wet the whole stay. Restaurant was closed by the time we got in and the closest open restaurant was 20min away
