  • Welcome to The Kipling Cottage! We are excited to share our cozy cottage with you. Our cottage is an Angler's paradise. You won't find a more convenient place than this with a public boat launch on Little Bay De Noc and two, locally owned bait shops right up the street. Fish year-round in one of the most coveted locations in the area.

    Our cottage has a huge front and back yard perfect for yard games, bonfires, and plenty of parking space for trailers, boats, etc... We are conveniently located minutes away from bars, restaurants, a grocery store and gas stations. A day trip away from Munising, Marquette or Manistique- the possibilities are endless!

    Our fully stocked, very clean, pet friendly cottage is vacation ready- it just needs you!

We had a great time at this property it had everything needed during our stay they. They were really accommodating and we really enjoyed seeing the deer in the back every day.

My crew had a great stay while competing at a local dog show. The property is gorgeous and they have everything you could need for dogs and cooking. We really enjoyed our stay! Only "down side" was it got a little warm in the rooms even with the provided fans if the doors were closed. The house had nice beaches nearby and we loved seeing all the deer on the property. My dogs are reliable off leash so they enjoyed lots of frisbee in the huge front lawn. We will definitely be back!

Felt like an old friend right away. Very accommodating. Stayed for a few days of fishing on little bay and it was perfect. Right down the road from the boat launch. Place was clean and well stocked. Very peaceful.

Great little spot to relax with friends or family. Very easy to find and close to a lot of food options and hiking. Felt very remote without being in the middle of nowhere.

Very nice home that met our needs on our fishing trip. Very clean, new appliances, excellent location for fishing trip but yet close to Escanaba up to Rapid River for those that are just wanting to see the area. Definitely would stay again!

Great stay!

We had a great stay! The house is really cute, well maintained and clean. The property is spacious and we enjoyed watching the deer that came through every morning and evening. It was a perfect weekend getaway.
