The rooms were so cute, decorated well, and had everything I needed. The views from the hotel were beautiful, and the decor was so unique, inside and out. Breakfast was great; they brought out several traditional dishes, and the hosts made us feel at home, just like family!

Dit is letterlijk de mooiste hotel kamer waar ik ooit verbleven ben! Alles was authentiek, stenen muren en het plafond!!! We werden super ontvangen door de zoon van de eigenaar. Heeft wat zaken verteld over het familie bedrijf en we voelden ons meteen welkom. Ook een heerlijk ontbijt met prachtig uitzicht.

Très bel hôtel et restaurant à recommander !

Merveilleux séjour, chambre très confortable, belle salle de bain et surtout un personnel adorable, très serviable . Belle terrasse pour le petit déjeuner et le restaurant le soir est parfait pour manger local et profiter du calme et de la vue

It was the best hotel in Albania. The owner, Antonio, was so accommodating and helpul.it was spotless and beautiful views. Perfect location and the restaurant was amazing!

Staying here is like staying with family - the service was absolutely amazing. Nothing was too much trouble and it is in a great location. We had a lovely stay and would definitely recommend

Es ist ein liebevolles traditionelles Hotel mit aufwendigen Holzdecken und dicken Steinwänden. Es war für eine Nacht eine kleine Zeitreise in die Vergangenheit. Das Hotel liegt mitten in der Altstadt und alles ist fußläufig sehr gut erreichbar. Wir hatten etwas Schwierigkeiten das Parkhaus zu finden, aber der junge Mann vom Hotel hat uns persönlich dorthin gebracht und alles hat reibungslos geklappt.

Lovely hotel

Lovely, comfortable, well priced hotel in the heart of Gjirokastër. We really enjoyed our brief stay and were made very welcome and appreciated by th staff. Antoni, in particular was helpful, understanding and generous and this made our time even more rewarding. Thoroughly recommend this hotel and the delightful people working there.

Loved my stay here staff made us feel so very welcome on arrival and were supper friendly and helpful. Even gave us the choice of room, we took the twin at the top which had a lovely rooftop terrace with amazing view. I would stay here again.

Really enjoyed our stay at this hotel. Parking was a bit of a faff as we weren’t told where to go. But the hotel had a great atmosphere and was nicely located to walk around Gjirokaster.

I can not recommend this hotel enough. Antonio and the rest of the staff are extremely accommodating, with Antonio accommodating our very late check in time (~3 am) and offering us a discount on our laundry. The hotel breakfast is delicious and the area around the hotel is gorgeous with amazing views of the mountains offered right on the back patio.

This family run hotel was charming and beautifully appointed. Our host Antonio, and his family, was always available to assist us in making sure we had a great experience while in Gjirokaster. My only issue was that the WiFi was not reliable, which made it difficult to access information during our stay.

The staff was very kind. They even offered us the best view in the house. There were no other guests staying there the day arrived but still, this was very thoughtful.

Bon emplacement, mais pas de parking comme indiqué sur expédia. Il est payant à 3min à pieds pour seulement 4€ la nuit. Chambre typique et sympas. Nous avons été bien accueillis. Le petit déjeuner avec peu de choix mais correct. Belle vue de la terrasse extérieur.

Wonderful hotel. Antonio was so kind, helping us with our luggage from the parade and he gave us water with lemon and basil and Turkish delight when we arrived! I also accidentally booked a room with 3 single beds for my wife and daughter and I and he noticed and changed our room without me asking. The rooms are beautiful, AC is strong, showers are clean and big with lots of hot water and good water pressure, and beds are comfy. The included breakfast is huge and delicious with lots of homemade jams, and their restaurant is on a gorgeous terrace overlooking the valley. Hotel is located on the edge of old town so can explore but it is also nice and quiet. Would recommend!

We had an absolutely wonderful time at Hotel Bineri. From the moment we arrived, the whole household was incredibly helpful and welcoming. They were so hospitable—taking the time to show us around, share the fascinating history of Gjirokastër, and even give us tips on the best places to visit (and a few to avoid). The property itself is beautiful, full of authentic charm that reflects the city’s character, yet with all the modern comforts you could want. Our room was spotless, comfortable, and had breathtaking views over the historic town. Breakfast was delicious every morning, with fresh local products and plenty of variety. The location is perfect—right in the heart of the old town, making it easy to explore the cobblestone streets, traditional houses, and the historic castle. This was truly one of the best places we’ve ever stayed. We left with great memories and can’t wait to return. Highly recommend Hotel Bineri to anyone visiting Gjirokastër!

Perfetto Il figlio del principale molto carino e prifessionale … hotel.com dice che il parcheggio è gratuito ma non è così : l’hotel non ha un parcheggio privato. Eravamo molto arrabbiati all’ arrivo con Hotel.com per i vari errori e problemi causati. Ma il proprietario è stato molto disponibile e ci è venuto addirittura a prenderci essendoci persi. Parcheggiate la macchina qui: underground parking lot: https://maps.app.goo.gl/n89FNZa2mfh9Y3cq5 Questa location è la più sicura per arrivare all’ hotel senza rischiare strade ardue secondarie che google maps fa fare. Hotel pulito. Stanze grandi Colazione ottima Personale carino e professionale

Het hotel is super mooi en netjes. Het hotel bevindt zich ook midden in het oude en toeristische Gjirokaster. De service is goed. Het meisje dat ons ontving is erg klantvriendelijk. Op Expedia staat dat je er gratis kunt parkeren. Dat is niet het geval. Daarnaast is het een hele uitdaging om er met de auto te komen door de smalle en stijle op- en afgaande straatjes. Wij hadden een luxe kamer geboekt waar een regendouche zou zijn (volgens Expedia). Dat was niet zo, er was een prima ‘normale’ douche. Het ontbijt bestaat uit een buffet met zelfgemaakte jams. We hebben ervan genoten.
