"Leider hatten wir mit unserem Kühlschrank etwas Pech, da die Vorgänger wohl etwas drinnen vergessen hatten und niemand ihn gereinigt hatte. Auch ließ die Sauberkeit im ganzen etwas zu wünschen über. Einchecken ging problemlos, da am Haus ein Schlüsseltresor hing und wir rechtzeitig die Zugangsdaten bekommen haben. Der Kontakt mit der Verwaltung lief dann auch problemlos und wir konnten wegen dem Kühlschrank in ein anderes Haus umziehen. Die Campingfläche ist großzügig und die Unterkunft eignet...

"Die Herdplatten waren stark verschmutzt. Die Spülmaschine war nich ausgeräumt. Die Fenster dürftig geputzt. Beim Abholen der Bettwäsche war niemand vor Ort. Unfreundlicher Empfang. Ebenso bei der Abgabe der benutzten Bettwäsche und Handtücher. Kein Mensch weit und breit."

"Lief alles super bei der Ankunft. Die Wohnung war für den Preis echt top. Wir hatten alle einen angenehmen Aufenthalt und es fehlte eigentlich fast an nichts. Die Wohnung hätte etwas gepflegter aussehen können. In der Küche lagen noch volle Müll Beutel, paar dreckige Gläser und solche Sachen. Kleinigkeiten. Auf den Bildern in der Beschreibung war ein See zu sehen. Wir gingen davon aus, dass der direkt an der Wohnung liegt, der ist allerdings knapp 5 - 10 Minuten entfernt. Ist jetzt auch nicht...

"Wirklich sehr schickes, modernes Haus, Pool und Sauna wie angegeben. Allerdings hatte man das Gefühl, es ist einfach niemand zuständig. Mir wurde auf keine einzige Nachricht geantwortet (es ging nur um einfache Fragen), auch telefonisch absolut nichts zu machen. Vor Ort keinerlei Einweisung da Schlüsselkasten mit Code, man muss sich selbst aneignen Sauna und Whirlpool zu bedienen. Bei Fragen oder Problemen ist niemand Ansprechperson. Das Haus war bei Ankunft leider super staubig, das Besteck...

"We loved our stay at Kolding. We drove from Copenhagen to Kolding and it was an easy drive to Billund where we went to Legoland and Lego House. The only difficulty was that we didn't get an email with which house we were going to be in but someone answered the phone promptly and we got in just fine."
