Here you live close to the lake and the forest!

This holiday home is located close to both lake and forest - in a relaxing environment - on the owner's farm.



The house consists of two very close-knit buildings with a nice outdoor area in between.



In one building there is a good bedroom with a double bed, a small shower and a camping toilet. There is also a small kitchen, with a sofa corner as a dining area. If necessary, the sofa can be used for sleeping. In the room next door, there is a seating area with TV. The seating corner can also be used as a sleeping area.



In the second building there is a compost toilet, a tiled stove / wood stove. There is also a sofa bed and a guest bed. In the basement there are a large freezer, a small sauna with a shower, a washing machine and a drying cabinet.



At the nearby lake there is free fishing with certain restrictions, and you have access to a rowing boat.



In the entire area, smoking is prohibited.



There is mandatory final cleaning (SEK 700) which is to be paid directly to the owner on site. This includes transporting your waste to a recycling site. Rental of bed linen and a large and a small towel (SEK 250) is to be ordered when you book the house.



Electricity is not included. Firewood can be purchased on the site.



The person who books the house must be 30 years or older.
