We enjoyed our stay overall—the location is incredible and the views are stunning. The top floor is beautiful, though it could use some maintenance.The deck has amazing views but needs major repairs. Very modern and new. Comfortable bed, and good kitchen to make meals. Check in process easy and friendly staff. Only stayed one night but Bairnsdale seemed a very nice town, cafes and restaurants around. Only disappointment was the lack of a coffee machine which we usually get in a Quest hotel.
