"Although we were unable to secure an accessibke room for my Mother, the staff were wonderful in accommodating us and were helpful and friendly. Great location, close to the beach an attractions. On street parking was a challenge but only because there are fireworks on Wednesdays during the summer."

"We stayed for an event at UEA and the location was perfect for this. Setting was beautiful in a small village with a river running through -great for an evening stroll. Our bedroom was very very close to the road which becomes a commuter cut through in the mornings. This did lead to some unwelcome traffic noise from around 530am. "

"Stayed for two nights, The Hotel and room was kept spotlessly clean, the hotel staff were all very friendly, we was made to feel very welcome and everyone working was very accommodating. Lovely large sea view room with en suite, excellent views, hot drink facilities, toiletries t.v and hairdryer. Breakfast was cooked fresh, very tasty and great menu with plenty of choice, served by polite staff catering to specific needs.
