In particular when we went to have a swim one of the members of staff on the leisure centre desk was extremely helpful My husband… who is in his 60’s … has early onset Alzheimer’s. "My room was super clean. Everything worked. Comfy bed and pillows. The staff were lovely - very welcoming and helpful. Parking was free 4.30pm to 8 am + you get 2 hours free which means you can park until 10am. After that you may be lucky enough to get a hotel parking space or they may be able to get you a permit."

"We stayed for an event at UEA and the location was perfect for this. Setting was beautiful in a small village with a river running through -great for an evening stroll. Our bedroom was very very close to the road which becomes a commuter cut through in the mornings. This did lead to some unwelcome traffic noise from around 530am. "

"I had made a mistake when booking the room, i booked a 'snug'. With two Golden Retrievers - a big mistake. Management were great and found us an outside room that was more suited. Loved the staff, other customers and the people in general. Felt the history."
