Tree Top Stay
Lovely views from the unit. Host was very gracious and friendly. Located on a property with a kennel so heard dogs barking in the AM, but host makes an effort to mitigate the noise. Convenient location since we were visiting our daughter who lives in Turners Falls.

Amazing stay- look forward to returning!
It's such a beautiful, private location and the place was very spacious and super clean. It had everything we needed, and the view was spectacular. Communication was great, and check in was easy. We could hear the pups a little, but it wasn't disruptive. Look forward to returning! Thank you so much for a great stay

Garage loft apartment
Enjoyed the deck . The apartment was very comfortable and the kitchen was was well supplied with appliances and everything you could need including cookbooks. Appreciated 3 choices of coffee makers. Would stay again in the future.

Beautiful Fall colors
We stayed here the weekend of the University of Massachusetts’ family weekend. The unit is about 25 minutes from the University of Massachusetts which was perfect. It is situated in a beautiful country setting and because we were there in October, the Fall colors were amazing. Communication with the owners was easy and so was the check in and out process. We enjoyed our stay and would stay here again.

The room was amazing. It looked nice on the website, but I didn't expect it to be so roomy and cozy. Whoever built the suite did a great job for a "room over the garage," making the most of the space, putting in HUGE windows that showcased the sunset, putting a small fridge in a nook in the wall (!!!!!) to save space, and placing vintage furniture around to set up a cozy living room/dining area away from the bed. Fully stocked kitchen, basket of clean towels, really all the comforts. The doors out to the deck were great, and I had breakfast outside every morning. It felt totally private, even though I was upstairs from someone's garage and across the property from a dog kennel!! (some barking during the day, very quiet at night when the dogs put on their PJs and were sent to bed ;-) ) If I had a reason to be in the area again I would not hesitate to book again.

Great View, Cozy Apartment!
Stu and Noreen’s apartment was even more charming and spacious than it appears in the pictures. The kitchen is very well equipped and we enjoyed preparing meals and spending time there. Stu and Noreen were helpful and easy to contact if we needed them. I would love to come back and stay longer.

Great studio apartment!
Clean and well equipped country studio apartment. A perfect base from which to explore the Pioneer valley and the beautiful Mohawk Trail. The owners live on the property, and were happy to share information on the area. They openly share that they have a kennel on the property; that did not pose a problem for us.

Pretty close to perfect
Comfortable bed and couch, well-stocked kitchen and bath, super-clean. Only problem was we needed another lamp or two for reading. But no way to call it a 4.8 so still a 5.

I had to leave early because of the strong smell
The apartment is represented well enough in the photographs. It IS very clean. However, the combination of plug-in air fresheners, Febreeze spray, and the loaded-with-fabric-softener microfiber sheets and blanket was overwhelming. I opened all the windows, put the plug-in perfume diffusers in a cabinet and I still could not sleep. With the windows open you can hear the dogs barking in the kennel. I could not sleep at ALL (breathing was difficult- and I am not allergic or anything) and I finally got up and drove home at 2:30am, exhausted. It was far from ideal. My clothes stank of the fragrances, my car still smells like it now.

If you have odor sensitivities, you should let people know. No one said to spray febreeze, so I don't know how you were smelling that. The dogs are put to bed at 8:00 so there were no dogs out barking. I slept with my windows open and my windows are closer to the kennel and I heard nothing. Sorry you had a bad experience, no one has ever complained about anything like that before. I guess you must have been having a bad day and needed to vent.

A Hidden Gem
This was perfect for a private and quiet little get away yet near family you're family enough to Participate in family events. It was charming and had a cozy couuntry atmosphere. No need to search anymore when I want to stay up in the area where this is this gem was located.

This VRBO is perfect for a short or long get away. The space is clean and cozy. The view from the back windows is amazing of the fall foliage. The town of Gill is very quaint and we will definitely be back.

We had a wonderful one night stay here and wished it could have been longer!
The space was well decorated, very clean and spacious. The kitchen had everything one could need. The views were spectacular and it was wonderful to have a deck to enjoy them from. We even had freshly baked cookies upon arrival. We will definitely be back if we return to the area!

Great location for golf at Crumpin-Fox
Perfect cozy studio apartment with all needed amenities. 10 minute ride to Crumpin-Fox golf area. Beautiful country area which would be awesome during foliage season. Would definitely stay again.

Just what we needed!
We had a delightful 8 night stay! The pictures are exactly what we found. Spotlessly clean and very well stocked. Pleased to find a Keurig with a great assortment of teas and coffees available. We actually brought our own coffee and sugar and made use of the available Frenh press coffee maker. Note that the bed is a Murphy bed, but it was comfortable. The first few days we had the windows wide open. We didhear the kennel but things were much more quiet after the weekend guests departed. Then the heat set in and we turned the A/C on. After that we heard nothing. The air and fan kept the unit comfortable in spite of several days of unseasonably high temperatures. All in all we had a great visit and wouldn't hesitate recommending it or returning should we head that way again.
