Die Unterkunft war Fussläufig erreichbar, also nur 2 min. vom Hafen. Obwohl es eine belebte Straße ist, war es nachts in den Räumen sehr ruhig und angenehm. Die Zimmer waren sehr sauber und das Personal sehr zuvorkommend.

Overall very good
The hotel is modern, nice designed room, super friendly staff, easily accessible rooms, pool is nice. The hotel wasn’t up to my cleanliness standard I’d give it 8/10 as some limescale etc but still good. Location is the best part, 1 mins away from the port. Overall I would recommend!

Fint hotel med dejlig pool, dog boede vi i kælderetagen hvor det ikke var muligt at åbne vinduer/døre, klaustrofobisk fornemmelse. Hotellet ligger godt i forhold til restauranter mm.

Geweldig hotel op loopafstand van waar je aankomt met je bootje. Letterlijk nog geen 5 minuten lopen. Geweldige service alles spik en span. Alleen maar complimenten voor dit hotel.

The hotel was in a great location and had friendly staff there just seemed to be a drainage issue downstairs which stunk out the room and the rooms don’t have windows that can open. Once we changed rooms to upstairs it was fine.

Ik vond het erg jammer dat de douches geen goede afvoer hadden. Hierdoor ging al het water van de douche direct de kamer in. Misschien moeten ze nog wat doen aan de douches. Voorts hadden wij als ste maar 1 badjas gekregen en had geen van de kamers een mooi uitzicht. Het voelde alsof ik in een flatgebouw zat.

The Marc hotel is somewhat of a huge let down. We arrived days before and stayed at another hotel (Persona), and walked over to speak to the front desk the day before our booking. The staff confirmed that we would have our room ready at a certain time. We showed up to be told that it would be hours - and our entire day was planned around getting in when they said we could. The room was small and cramped. The pool is basically useless - there's room for 3 people max on the pool deck. The food was blah. The staff wasn't great. Upon checkout we informed them that we broke a glass. A small water cup that they dangle on a small shelf in the middle of the room. Instead of being like any normal hotel - they ran around asking people how much to charge us. And finally came up with an arbitrary number that they decided was worth it (oh and it had to be cash). That number was $100,000 rp. $10 for a small cup?!? This was just the icing on the cake for this hotel that advertises itself as a luxury hotel - but the cheaper rooms down the street at Persona blew this place out of the water.

Dear Beloved Guest Thank you for your feed back however we regret to hear your experience stay with us. however we would like to clear this problem, normally our check in time at 2 pm that you must wait several hour to get your room due we are full book the day before we need time to make up room, other sun bed we are display in our beach as well, in any hotel you will be charge if you broke any equipment hotel.

Near the beach and great location for night life. The water in bathroom came out to our room, the staff could not fix it. They offered us to change room and the new one was okay.

Quelle déception... à fuir
Alors par où commencer... Chambre qui pue le renfermé, l’humidité et le moisie.... pour les asthmatiques, c’est une horreur.... (AUCUNE fenêtre ne s’ouvre histoire d’aérer un peu...) La salle de bain : pommeau de douche rempli de moisissure (cf. photo!) Les chambres ne sont pas lavées, les sols non plus, les rideaux du lit sont maculés de traces dont nous ne souhaitons pas connaître l’origine... Les serviettes de toilettes sentent la moisissure et la transpiration, c’est une infection... Les gels douches et shampoings ne sont changés que tous les 3 jours (quand nous le demandons) Le soir, impossible de dormir : une boîte de nuit à ciel ouvert se trouve pas loin de l’hôtel Si vous avez la malchance de perdre votre carte : celle ci vous sera facturée 10€!!! Non mais on croit rêver! Le petit déjeuner est froid et le café est à vomir ... Bref, je vous le déconseille fortement Le seul point positif de cet hôtel: l’amabilité d’une partie du personnel

The location was great and the hotel was very modern however the rooms were small, there was no mini bar (fridge) and the wifi wouldn't connect from our room downsrairs.

The pool overlooking the ocean was beautiful. Right on the main strip so there is no shortage of food and drinks. Plus this hotel has great drink specials!

The room decor and outward aesthetic of the hotel is beautiful. The restaurant service and food were really good. We enjoyed the live music at night and the ambience of the hotel. Our room however, was disappointing. There was only one robe and I found the other crumbled in the storage bin over the rack. The smell of the room was abhorrent... like sewer and rotten eggs, which flowed both from the toilet area and the ac unit. We had to turn it off just to stop the smell from over powering us. Luckily, we spent most of our day and evening outside, but had to stay in a warm room to avoid the smell. This was room 115 and should be out of order. Also, I understand that we are on an island but the sink water is salt water. Is there no water filtration system on the island that provides sink and bathing water that is not from the ocean?

1. No face towels in the room. Had to ask for. 2. Dirty pillow case (blood mark) 3. After room change, new room was dusty, no shower gel and shampoo in the room (and we found a dead mosquito below the luggage rack). 4. Missing shampoo from the hotel for 4 days out of 6 (they said the hotel ran out). And the shower gel was always just 1 tiny bottle (and we were 2 pax). 5. No laundry price list (it took the reception team 2 days to get me the price for some underwear). 7. No info about snorkeling (after 2 days of chasing, we simply booked outside the hotel). 8. Very extremely poor english (except for a couple of staff members, everything must be repeated at least 3 times before being understood... if you lucky). 9. The cleaning of the room is a joke (there was a stain of blood on the floor since we stepped in on the 1st day, I guess it is still there... and don’t get me started with the mirror and glasses in the toilet and shower: do they ever clean them?!) 10. If I may suggest you one thing guys: you are very good at greeting guests and smile but do not aver forget what is the most important in the customer service... the FOLLOW-UP! If a guest places a complaint, you must be sure by getting back to the guest that everything is great afterwards. It is a shame that we changed room after the 1st night (my gf did not like the room on the basement) and you gave us a room without checking if everything was ok... dead mosquito, dust, come on you guys, seriously?!?!?!

Mer av ett cityhotell än ett hotell på en liten ö. Fin liten pool men uselt poolområde. Fönstren vetter mot en mur, ingen utsikt, ingen balkong/terass. Städningen sådär, tvätt av handdukar bedrövlig. Luktade kiss när de blev blöta. Stort plus till personalen, så trevliga, gulliga och hjälpsamma!
