Bonito pero MUY sucio (incluso sabanas
Hotel con muy buenas intenciones, muy bonito y bien diseñado pero con una ejecución muy justita. Las sabanas estaban sucias y olian a usadas, pedimos el cambio y aun y decirnos q las cambiarian, no las cambiaron. No nos cambiaron las toallas, y al quejarnos, nos dijeron q si las queriamos cambiar, que las tiraramos al suelo. Asi lo hicimos, y para sopresa nuestra, nos hicieron la habitacion y dejaron la toalla tal cual estaba en el suelo, sin cambiarla. En general, todo muy bonito pero MUY sucio.

The location is way too far from the beach! Bad Wi-Fi ! No markings to find the hotel! No morning breakfast ! No bicycle rent option ! They promote you to rent from outside ! Nothing in the minibar apart from coke! They don’t provide daily complimentary water ! Only thing good is it’s silent as it’s far away from the beach ! Apart from that it really needs a lot of development!

Garbage and horse stalls
We booked for six nights and only stayed for one. The main reason was because of the massive mound of trash just around the corner from the property. We could smell the plastic burning and everything. Horse stalls are also on the other side of the property, so all in all it’s a terrible location with garbage everywhere. They have had to lower prices and condense some of the villas to make up for the losses. Hopefully the government steps up and fixes this to save the property and the island itself. Such a bummer!

The air conditioning was not working properly at all. Causing tremendous amounts of bugs. We left after only being there for 15 minutes

Die Villa war sehr schön. Es war auch verhältnismäßig ruhig für die Insel, nur das Frühstück ist nicht zu empfehlen.

Vækket af bøn hver morgen kl. 5
Vi boede i en villa i 4 dage. Hver morgen kl. 5 blev vi vækket af en meget højt muslimsk højtalerbøn - højtaleren var lige ved siden af hotellet. Vores private pool var meget beskidt da vi ankom og kunne godt trænge til en renovering. Morgenmaden som var inkluderet i prisen bestod af et stykke toastbrød, to æg og juice/te/kaffe, hvis man skulle have andet var det tilkøb. Villaen var okay men småting som lås til badeværelse, vandbeholder som ikke virkede ordentligt trængte til at blive lavet. Personalet var søde og imødekommende. Værelset var generelt rent og pænt.

Lovely hotel, restaurant let’s it down.
Really enjoyed our stay within our villa and hotel. However would not recommend the restaurant because our meals were disgusting and gave me and my partner severe bad stomachs (put in the politest form). Restaurant really does let down the hotel because the hotel facilities such as the pool and the villas themselves are really really nice.

Helt ok
Lokalisert midt på øya, og vi brukte 10-15 minutter på å gå ned til «sentrum», så er ikke lange avstandene på denne øya. Vi hadde bestilt superior villa med et soverom og privat basseng, utearealet i villaen var litt mindre enn forventet men det gikk greit. Det negative var at det var ingen sol i hagen vår så om vi skulle sole oss og bade måtte vi ut til fellesarealet. Det var heller ikke særlig til renseanlegg i bassenget i villaen så det ble ikke tatt i bruk da det fristet lite. Så vi kunne likså godt ha spart oss de ekstra kronene og bare bestilt en ordinær villa. Wifi var ustabilt mesteparten av tiden. Hotellet hadde roomservice til lunsj bare. De tilbydde en frokosttallerken som var helt ok, men å sitte å spise frokost i restauranten var umulig pga alle fluene. Å siden de ikke tilbydde roomservice ved frokost ble det med den ene frokosten på oss. Det var også endel folk den dagen under frokosten, noe de ikke håndterte bra. Det tok nøyaktig 50 minutter å få en tallerken med toast og eggerøre. Restauranten hadde veldig få alternativ å velge imellom, lunsjmeny og middagsmeny var den samme, dette er noe de bør utbedre. Det som trekker mest ned er bråk fra noe bygging de drev med, dette foregikk konstant fra 11/12 til 7 på kvelden. Villaene var fine og rene, og de skal ha pluss for god service

Lækkert!
Super lækkert hotel med utrolig fin indretning. Vi boede i en villa, med egen pool - hvor der ikke manglede noget som helst. Hotellets morgenmad halter lidt, da de tilbyder en slags morgentallerken of kræver ekstra betaling hvis der skal æg til. Placeringen ligger midt på øen og kræver en lille cykeltur på 5-10 min hvis man kan ruten. Vær opmærksom på at det er grusveje man kører på og der er ingen skilte til at hjælpe en på vej, hvilket var problematisk om aftenen/ natten. Så benyt dig endelig af de venlige lokale!

The private villas are amazing. We had the most wonderful time here and would definitely recommend. It was good value for money too - the cheapest villa with private pool that we could find and it’s even nicer than the photos.

Very far from beach
Know that this villas are very far from beach, before booking I review all comments and villas own website discription. Website discription mentions free bike for customer, easy for us in and out, but at the end we need to rent ourselves or take house car cost rupiah 150,000/way, that is not worth to stay in this villas

距離海灘走路13~15分鐘，能夠看到龍目島日常居民的生活，不會太遠不方便，享受寧靜私人空間。房間及私人泳池超級讚，還有簡單吧檯可供煮東西，超級窩心又實用的房間!!!房務人員都很熱情，馬車到市中心價格也比一般外面公定價便宜歐!

Fin hotell lång från stranden och huvudgatan.
Bra hotell, trevlig och hjälpsam personal. Den ligger en bra bit från allt annat, stranden och hamnen. De lånar ut cyklar gratis, men de är inte hela, växlar som inte funkar, samt dåliga bromsar. Personalen nämnde att de kommer att byta ut cyklarna snart. Annars va det prisvärd.

The hotel was nice and a comfortable room but it is next to a landfill so there were a lot of flies. For that reason it was impossible have a nice breakfast without flies, it was really disgusting for me. Other bad point was about shower, the hot water wasn’t working property.

Déçu...
Lors de notre arrivée à l’hôtel nous avons eu l'impression de ne pas être attendu, on nous a mis dans une villa qui je pense n'a pas été préparé et la climatisation ne fonctionnait pas. La première nuit n'a pas été très agréable. Le lendemain nous sommes allé nous plaindre, changement de villa, ce fût mieux mais loin de nos attentes au vu du prix de la nuit avoisinant les 100€... Rapport qualité prix très faible, la climatisation ne fonctionne correctement que la nuit, le ménage laisse à désirer, en un mot "déçu" !!!

Très bel hôtel
Très bel endroit propre et securitaire; Staff gentil et serviable ; Hôtel très bien situé, non loin des restaurents et de la rue principale. Hôtel situé dans une petite ruelle paisible Petit déjeuner très ordinaire sans plus. Les plages autours sont a couper le souffle. Je conseil fortement cet hôtel.

Nice hotel but too far away from the main areas.
Nice hotel, the bikes for use weren't that great and were practically falling apart. Too far from the main activities in all directions. Would be better to stay on the east side nearer the beach.

Quiet location, a bike ride to the main beach/town
Nice spot, lovely garden pool and master suite, smaller 2nd room. Free bikes were ideal as it is a bike ride/walk to thenson beach.

Great hotel
Loved the food, facilities and staff. Free bikes to get around, short ride anywhere. Nice and quiet. Only things we had a problem with was the air-conditioning and the smoke blowing over from the rubbish tip which is not their fault.

worst hotel
first bad location. u have to walk 30mim to reach anywhere. we spend 35doller for carriage I think u spend 35 dolled more for the hotel which is locate beach area. second pool was unclean. and air con is not working air con is almost like fan. third there is mosque right behind hotel. they pray by speaker system 5times a day. I think hotel location is very very important for gili travel. because there is no car and texi. but his hotel worst location.

Good location away from noise
As Gili T is the party island, this was nice and quiet accommodation. A little overpriced I thought but we enjoyed our stay in a two bedroom pool villa. Staff were good, breakfast was basic but really good. Main drawback is with it being in the center of the island, you needed a pony cart to go anywhere and at $15 Australian per way, got a little dear. There are also free bikes which is a good option however a lot were broken down and they weren't always enough available, which was disappointing. Overall I would recommend the resort so long as your expectations aren't too hight.

really nice hotel !!!
the hotel is very nice and staff very friendly, breackfast delicious :) they offer free bicycles so you can cycle around the island to explore. room was very nice and beds very comfortable. the only negative is that next to the hotel is a Mosque so be ready waking up at 5am for the prayer as they have loud speekers ... :( or get ton of earplugs ;)

Cozy and secluded hotel.
A nice and cozy hotel away from the busy beach area. It's quite inside so you need to get a horse cart or cycle your way to the beach and other areas. If you have baggage, you have to get horse cart to/from hotel and you will be spending some extras there. It's still worth since the hotel is quite cheap for the facilities and condition.

There is a LOUD mosque right next door
Overall this place was amazing, the restaurant, free bikes, pool and staff are top notch. The only gripe would be being woken up at 5am every morning, there's a mosque next door, they pray 5x a day over loud speaker, starting at 5am ending at 10pm. Ear plugs might hide the sound, however it's extremely loud.

Teenagers partying all night and worse the Mosque is right next door, expect LOUD prays over speaker phone every 5am for at least 30min and then again 5 times during the day. My partner got sick from the restaurant onsite (we had all 3 meals there that day).Also so far away from town, you will have to bike through dirty roads. Staff and hotel itself great!

Hübsches Hotel mit vielen Mängeln
Unser Aufenthalt in Les Villas Ottalia war alles in allem in Ordnung. Die Villen sind schön und das Personal bemüht. Allerdings hatte unsere Villa (alle anderen schon) jeden Nachmittag keinen Strom und zu anfang war unsere Klimaanlage defekt. Auserdem liegt das Hotel in der Nähe einer Müllverbrennung von der von Zeit zu Zeit sowohl Getanks als auch Rauchschwaden zu unserer Villa zogen. Deswegen hielten wir uns nur vormittags und abends in unserer Villa auf. Wie überall war das Personal aber sehr nett und bemüht.

Hôtel très sympa
Séjour dans la villa Espallia, juste génial. Hôtel au centre de l'île un peu à l'écart de la fiesta, impec pour passer du temps à deux et aller partout sur l'île avec les vélos prêtés par l'hôtel! Snorkeling,tortues, coucher de soleil avec coktail sur la plage et pour couronner le tout, l'équipe qui nous a préparer l'anniversaire surprise pour ma femme en toute discrétion... au top!

Appears nice but has flaws
On first sight our villa looked amazing, private pool, outside shower, big room and all the trimmings. Location is not great as its a bit away from the beach, but this means it's quiet which is good. (Although you can hear the religious chanting that goes on from the room.) The pool was alright, very heavily chlorinated but clean. Our air conditioning didn't work, and on the last night kept clattering and freezing over. Expect to get eaten alive by mosquitos here too, the net didn't help and I'm covered all over. The repellent the hotel provided didn't alleviate this either. The room smelled of damp, but in general looked clean and well maintained. Breakfast was nice, but make sure you get it included as its quite pricey for what it is otherwise. Don't expect much from the spa facilities, but there are plenty near the beach to make up for this, and at a cheaper cost. I don't think it's worth the money to stay here, there are cheaper alternatives that offer much the same.

Laute Umgebung, 5:30 ruft der Muezzin zum Gebet!
Die Insel an sich ist paradiesisch schön. Das Hotel hat mich insofern enttäuscht da wir zum erholen dort waren und frühs um 5-6 Uhr über lautsprecher aus der Moschee nebenan (!!!!) der Aufruf zum muslimishcen gebet kam. Und zwar so lange bis man wach war. Eine Vorwarnung wäre schön gewesen. Das Personal war sehr freundlich und es werden Fahrräder um sonst angeboten, mit denen man sich auf der Insel bewegen kann. Die hatten zwar nicht die beste Qualität - aber war ok. Aufgrund der Moschee nebenan die 5 mal täglich zum gebet dröööööhnt würde ich es aber niemandem empfehlen...

Schöne Zimmer, schöner Pool
Zimmer und Pool waren schön. Das Bad hat etwas gerochen und das Wasser aus dem Hahn sollte man nicht in den Mund nehmen. Frühstück war in Ordnung aber auch nicht mehr. Das Bett war bequem und das Insektennetz groß und engmaschig.

Nice hotel quiet far fromantic the beach
The hotel is in the center of the island. It is perfect if you are looking for a calm place. The place is right next to the mosque so for people who wakes up easily it's not the best place to stay (first Parker at 5 am). We leave with a litthe disappointment because our AC wasn't working during the first night. The réceptionnist told us they had a problem with electricity and that it'll be fixed quickly. Actually it didn't work at all during the 2 nights of our stay. Hopefully they had proposed us a phan.
