"Hicimos una reserva con todo incluido para 2 adultos y 2 niños y cuando llegamos al hotel nos dijeron que era solo para 2 que los otros 2 habÍa que pagarlo a parte. El hotel le falta mantenimiento, paredes agrietadas e incluso nos faltaban toallas, pedimos servicio en la habitación y no nos trajeron ..."
