"Das Amber Lombok Beach Resort war das mit Abstand beste Hotel unserer gesamten Indonesien-Reise. Wir hatten eine wunderbare Zeit hier, in der es uns an nichts gefehlt hat. "I like the location, the room, the pool, and the beach. Only 1 small thing made me a little disappointed, food delivery is not allowed to come to lobby (Which I can understand) but the security asked to walk from my room to the street. I think they should bring my food the the lobby instead and ask me to pick it up at the lobby. That is disappointing."

"Very nice hotel in the center of Mataram. Excellent services, gym, swimming pool, nice breakfast, near to a busy commercial street, temples, etc. Good hotel for staying a couple of nights in Mataram. If you're looking for party, better go to the beach area. They don't rent motorbikes, but they give you advice where to get it just 3 minutes waking from the hotel."

"I loved staying here. I stayed 6 nights. The gardens and two pools are beautiful. There are fountains. The WiFi is great. The staff are nice. They have laundry service. It’s a tropical place in the city. I recommend it and hope to return."
