The best things about this house are the gazebo, the dock and that our family had their own bed/bathrooms. Upon arrival we were struck with many posted negative signs: Don't walk on the grass, limit yard games to the (small) beach, don't move any furniture, no food in the bedrooms, etc. This is not a fully stocked kitchen; there were only flimsy bargain cooking utensils and no soaps (dishwasher/dish/hand/laundry). There were many plates and eating utensils, but very dull utility knives . There was no Tupperware, baggies, plastic or aluminum wrap. Grill worked great but the grill utensils were almost unusable. When we asked for more toilet paper we were told that we had to buy it ourselves. Bob did enter the house during our stay. 3 of our 6 days were disturbed by loud machinery of the pot-smoking landscape crew. Bob allowed us to move a picnic table from the back patio to the gazebo (only 2 coffee tables there) with the numerous reminders that we needed to put it back. Most of the trash cans didn't have any extra required (another sign) plastic bag liners; we were told that we had to get them ourselves. The lighting inside is poor and several of the switches at the entrances to bedrooms didn't work. This house is on a crowded property with at least 5 other buildings very close to it with people walking between the house and the beach/gazebo. We made the most of this rental with ample parking and it is on a beautiful lake. Take the listing descriptions with a grain of salt...
